Located on the first floor of a historic and frescoed building, Via Roma Guest House offers a large and bright space perfect for couples and families who want to enjoy the tranquility and culture of the area.

The apartment consists of:

✓ Spacious living room with a double sofa bed; in the same room there is a kitchen equipped with an espresso coffee machine, tea kettle, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
✓Independent bedroom.
✓ Bathroom with large shower and all services, including telephone.
✓ The apartment has a washing machine available for stays with a minimum of 6 nights.

Access for guests:
✓ Presence of free parking below.

✓ For Check-in it is necessary to communicate the arrival time 24 hours in advance for the collection of the keys.

✓ To check out, leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
