Horrible

This review isn’t even for this listing, it’s for the one they had to change us to at the last minute while trying to check into this listing. The location they put us in was never updated, and we have photos and videos of the incessant construction and trash that was surrounding the unit, as well as the trash inside the unit that we had to clean ourselves to even stay in the unit. We asked for a partial refund and we’re told we’d have to just cancel our reservation and find somewhere else to stay last minute, and since this was booked through our school we wouldn’t have been able to do that, so now we’re screwed AND had a terrible stay. This app sucks and these hosts suck, and the customer service was TRASH, but not as trashed as the backyard, and y’all are lucky I can’t upload photos in this knockoff app.

Don’t stay here waste time and money

We booked a month in advanced and soon as we were on our flight the host cancelled last minute after trying to get in contact with them for a week. Then had the audacity to offer us another house that look like a run down motel room. Don’t waste your time and money . Pretty much scam.

Do not book!!!!!

Host was unresponsive stole my money walked in on a home that was occupied. The home was completely trashed. Garbage everywhere clothes shoes old food. The smell horrible. I called the host and messaged no response. I called VRBO customer service who did nothing. Worse experience ever! I have pictures to prove it. How could you violate someone’s privacy knowing you had someone in there and I was able to walk in luckily… whomever was not home but later arrived. I never had an experience like this before. Do not book not worth losing money. Pick something else.
