The Eixample district is one of the smartest urban planning featuring grid pattern, square blocks and octagonal crossings. The rather well-to-do nationhood has the wildest offerings of modernist buildings, fashion shops, chic restaurants, and traditional food market (Mercat Ninot). The apartment is also conveniently located with Metro station and supermarkets nearby.
