The recreation room and spacious garden provide entertainment for young and old. The nice town of La-Roche-en-Ardenne is nearby and the area offers every opportunity for sporting activities, such as kayaking, rafting, cycling and hiking. Medieval Durbuy is also easily accessible. You will also find a ski lift 20 km away, which makes this house the ideal base for a winter sports holiday. The nearest center is 5 km from the house. The house has been completely renovated and has a modern interior. The living room with bar, dining room and kitchen are on the 1st floor, as well as some bedrooms. The 2nd floor, which is partially open, has 2 private sitting areas. Public transport is located 500 m from the villa.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
