This location really allows you to live like a local, shop in the local grocery stores, walk to the big attractions and take in the sights. This studio is the perfect Pied-a-terre to explore, enjoy and relax in central London. Incredible Find!

Best stay I've had in London. Incredible value for money. Super happy to find this place, will definitely be booking again, check-in was super easy with the use of Klevio app (keyless entry system). Super clean and the hosts were really helpful (they let me leave my bags at their office pre check-in so I could walk around the city before 15:00)

My husband and I are native Londoners and have lived here all our lives (actually Max did a short stint in South Africa for a few years), once we had kids we decided to make Kensington our permanent home. We love to travel, the kids have added a new exciting layer to that! Orignally we only rented to week long corporate renters but this was quite rigid and there was zero community vibe so we switched it up and decided to start renting to short term holiday makers.

We love Kensington and Notting Hill for the fact that you get these beautiful peaceful tree lined residential streets and then at the end of your road you've got an amazing gastro pub, cool kids park, stunning historical buildings of interest or a super connected tube stop. It's jusy so easy, everything is within reach.

The location of this studio is incredible, you can walk in one direction for 5 minutes and be at the steps of Kensington Palace or walk 10 minutes in the other direction and be right in the midst of Portobello Road market.
