Sky Garden Premium Penthouse is a high-standard apartment designed by an interior designer in a cozy New England style, located on the top floor of a modern apartment building with surveillance. The apartment is two-story and can accommodate up to 7 guests and one child! It features a living room with a kitchenette and dining area, three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious terrace where guests can relax and enjoy their morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Guests have access to a range of practical amenities, including free WiFi, television Smart-Tv 80" Sony, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kitchen accessories. The apartment is air-conditioned, providing exceptional comfort, especially during hot days. A parking space in the underground garage is included with the apartment.
