The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, 2 large sofas and a smart TV, as well as a large juliette balcony with stunning views. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms, both featuring plenty of storage space for clothes, large windows and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern bathrooms, both with showers and baths as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking)

Guests have sole access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking)

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
