Converted from a church hall, with nine bedrooms over two floors, the property can accommodate up to 31 guests.

You'll have exclusive use of the building. On the ground floor, the first of three lounge areas with TV, comfy sofas, chairs, and coffee tables. There's a separate smaller lounge/family room with sofas, or you can relax in the ‘coffee lounge’ adjacent to the former reception, perfect for those visiting with younger guests or teens. The kitchen, located on the ground floor, includes a range of conveniences for an easy self-catered stay, fitted with two ovens, hobs, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine and freezer. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen can comfortably sit up to 25 for an evening meal. Fancy a meal out? There are lots of good places to eat and drink in Wells itself!

Situated on the outskirts of this friendly Norfolk fishing village, it is set within easy striking distance of the North Norfolk Coastal Path, which gives access to any number of beaches, creeks, bird-filled marshes, and the various seaside villages in between. You can visit the nature reserve at Cley or take a boat ride to visit the local seal colony. Wells-next-the-Sea is a lovely place and makes a good base for an active holiday.
