Welcome to villetta Maria e Roberto, a charming retreat just 500 metres from the beautiful Gallina beach in Avola.This cosy residence is ideal for four guests who wish to enjoy a relaxing and unforgettable holiday on the Sicilian coast.
The entrance to the cottage welcomes you with its well-kept, lush garden, enriched with Mediterranean plants and colourful blooms that will give you a feeling of serenity and tranquillity. Here, you can relax in the shade of the trees or enjoy the sun on the veranda, where a table and chairs invite you to spend pleasant moments outdoors. Once inside, you will be greeted by a cosy, homely atmosphere. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying an evening of entertainment. The kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, will allow you to prepare tasty meals using fresh and genuine local produce. The cottage has two double bedrooms, each furnished with care to ensure a restful and comfortable sleep. The rooms are bright and spacious, with ample wardrobes for convenient storage of your belongings during your stay.
The bathroom is modern and functional, with a bathtub complete with all the necessary amenities for your comfort.
The shared entrance with the neighbouring property allows you easy access to the cottage and greater security during your stay.
