This beautiful stone house is located in the countryside not far from the cozy town of Montaione and is part of an Agriturismo. You will be surrounded by very relaxing nature with the soft hills, the Chianti area is so famous for. In addition to Montaione, there are many other small lesser-known towns, which deserve a visit if you want to experience the authentic Tuscany. You can also easily make day trips to Florence, Siena or Lucca.

Each apartment has a private and reserved out-door dining area. There is common barbecue area with 3 large barbecue postings. About 60 mt in front of the building you find the 12 x 6 x 1.20 meter large swimming pool, which is shared between the apartments. The pool area is fenced and it is surrounded by sun loungers with parasols. It is mandatory to monitor bathing children. On a higher level overlooking the pool, you have 2 covered pavilions with lounge furniture.

The stone house is newly restored and divided into 6 very spacious and bright apartments. There are new kitchens and bathrooms, and everything is fresh. The modern comfort is nicely combined with the rustic Tuscan charm, which is emphasized by the wooden beams in the ceilings.

This apartment is located on the ground floor level with direct access to the garden and is divided as follows:
Private entrance to living room with sofa bed (TV) and well-equipped dining kitchen (oven with gas burner, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, Nordic coffee machine, toaster). 1 double bedroom and private en-suite bathroom with shower.
The apartment can, through an internal door, be connected to another apartment (Maro C) for more bedrooms.

There is a shared laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment. Parking within the property. The last 600 mt. is well maintained flat gravel road.
