Great house, great property

Great house and great property. Everything was as advertised on the website. It's a litte secluded to you definitley need a car to get around Sicily. The property is neatly maintained and inviting if you want to spend a day at the house. We absolutely enjoyed our two weeks at the house.

Wonderful

The Finca is just as wonderful as stated here. The view is amazing and it is really quiet. We stayed with a couple friends. Good to know is, that two of the bedrooms can only be reached by crossing other bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need and the town has a little grocery store

Lovely villa with fabulous views

The quality of the villa is very high and its position overlooking the Mediterranean is really stunning. The villa is very well-equipped especially the kitchen area though it would benefit from a microwave and a kettle. Thankfully the bedrooms are air conditioned as temperatures in September were very high averaging 28-34C each day with little relief in the evenings...as well as annoying mosquitoes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though the area itself was not very appealing - 30 mins' drive to Capo d'Orlando proved a pleasant change of scenery. You also need to be a confident driver as the access roads to the villa are poor quality and steep. Overall, if you want a peaceful stay in a lovely villa you will not be disappointed.

Great big house with lovely views of the sea

Good big house. 5 bedrooms in total. 4 double en-suite bedrooms. Very good kitchen. Beautiful views across the sea to the Aeolian Islands. Good large warm private swimming pool. 3 supermarkets in the town, 5 minutes by car. The public beach is shingle and probably not for swimming. Only minor criticism: the guy who cleaned the pool only came once during our entire stay.

Underbara solnedgångar!

Tack för en härlig vecka! Underbar utsikt! Vi har hyrt hus på flera ställen i Italien men detta hus var det bästa hittills. Bra rum med AC. Välutrustat kök. Bra grillmöjligheter och kul att göra pizza i riktig vedeldad ugn. Härlig swimmingpool. Rekommenderar att ha bil. Byn har egentligen det mesta men vill man ha lite större supermarket får man åka till grannbyn Sant’Agata. Kan rekommendera Aquedolcis fiskhandlare och frukthandlare som ägs av väldigt trevliga och gästvänliga personer. Fiat 500 museet är trevligt. Stranden är stenig men inga vassa stenar. Finns 2 restauranger vid stranden. Flera duschar. Det är även vid strandpromenaden som man motionerar på morgonen innan det blir för varmt. Tycker man om keramik ska man besöka Santo Stefano di Camastra. Arrivederci!

Amazing place in a wrong location

We decided to rent this house due to amazing garden with pool and views of the sea. It did not disappoint in that regard, it was exactly as on pictures. My wife's dream came true. The problem is that the location is not really great for sightseeing, Cefalu is 1h drive away and Capo di Orlando is a boring seaside city. Everything else is too far away. But if you are looking to enjoy the property there is a lot of good things - house has ample space for at least 8 people (while we were only 4). It's rather light on mosquitos thanks to higher grounds, the pool depth is great for kids and the wood grill is perfect. Only complaint would be the lack of air conditioning in the main living room (the bedroom have Air Con) where we spent most of the time. And it was really hot outside so the house did not cool down over night.

Une villa traditionnelle exceptionnelle

Une villa, ouverte sur un panorama magnifique, sans vis à vis, au calme et caché dans les champs d'olivier. Une cuisine d'été idéale avec un BBQ. Manque juste une Enceinte Bleutooth. La piscine est top et les lits aussi. On y retournera pour sûr.

Perfect villa for a group holiday, even in Covid times

We were a group of 6 friends, and the villa was perfect for us. It has 4 large double rooms, all with air-con (there is also a twin that we did no use) and their own bathroom, an outdoor kitchen & large shaded outdoor area where we spent most of our time. The pool was more than welcome with the very hot Sicily weather and of course: the view! The villa is very quiet and you can find everything you need in the nearby town. Mrs Sirna who is in charge of the villa makes sure you feel at home and have everything you need.
