This historic timber frame cottage is located close to Harleston town centre.  Grade 2 listed with abundant original beams and red brick rustic charm!  A few steps away from many shops/ cafes/ pubs and eateries and a few miles to beautiful Suffolk coast Southwold or Framlingham etc. Ideal base to explore Norfolk and Suffolk.  The cottage retains its historic charm with modern comforts, making it a great ‘oldie worldy’ home away from home. There is a private courtyard garden for relaxing,  Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!  The kitchen has a fridge, hob, an oven, toaster, kettle and a microwave. It offers television, internet access and a music player.


There is one bedroom with double bed and a study overlooking the garden. Linen and towels are all included. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.

- There is free parking available outside the property. Pets are welcomed but to avoid annoyance to our lovely neighbours - no vocal dogs please. There is a cleaning fee of £50. (£70 if with pet.)
