Fantastic

Property was exactly as listed. Keih was a very responsive host and checked in whilst we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. Very central and easy to travel around Calgary. Would definitely stay again.

Need to mention it's a basement and the entrance is at the back via the wooden gate. A sensor light needs to be added at the back door

Suited our needs

Nice quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of great pub, Tipperary's. Main shower doesn't drain well, ended up with standing water in the basin. 2nd bathroom was better. All in all it was met our needs while in Calgary.

Accurate as per the listing

Overall the suite is very nice. We had issues with the shower and hot water but the host was very responsive.

Great Individual Place

Stayed here for a semester of school and loved the place. Looks exactly as pictured and feels cozy and bright for a basement. Kieth was great for communication and super nice. The new upstairs tenants were also great and super respectful!! Would 100% recommend this place for a young adult and/or student short stay.

overall a nice, clean, new, fresh place

It is a nice property, with all new everything and very clean. Only a few complaints, but they were minor. You can't control the thermostat, but the temp was mostly at a good level so it wasn't an issue. The shower is smaller than an airplane bathroom, which was uncomfortable to take a shower in.

Nice basement apartment

It is newly renovated, very clean and has everything you need for a longer stay besides from washing machine and tumble dryer.

Easy access to Calgary .supermarket 5 minutes away train station 2 minutes away from supermarket . weather was good . would my wife and I come again definitely . accommodation loved it.

Great little suite, awesome location

This little basement suite was great! The owners are very accommodating! Close to almost everything. Right off 16ave, so if it isn’t close you have easy access to all the major roadways! We would definitely stay here again in the future

We steps to the LRT/public transit, North Hill Shopping Centre, SAIT/ACAD/Jubilee Auditorium, and McMahon stadium!
We are less than a 5 minute drive to U of C, Foothills Hospital/Alberta Children's Hospital, 5 min drive to downtown, and 20 mins drive to the Airport. Close to the Trans Canada highway for an easy escape to the mountains, which is only 45 mins away!
