We had a great stay in the suite. Nice and comfortable. Well stocked with anything you would need. Also incredible to have access to your own hot tub outside. The place was very clean when we arrived. Would definitely recommend for those visiting Sun Peaks!

Brad was an excellent host. He provided clear instructions up front, the house was well laid out and he was proactive when he thought there might be an issue with the TV reception (there was not).Make sure to take advantage of the hot tub and take in the views of some of the runs on Morrissey in the bench seat (perfect positioning of hot tub!)

The unit certainly was well set up functionally. There was lots of amenities for ski equipment and personal stuff. The kitchen also had everything we needed. We only have two suggestions. Some service or equipment for snow and ice removal by the entrance way would avoid guests slipping when they are unloading their cars. Extra towels for the hot tub would allow guests to have a dry towel for showering.

Host was fantastic, Brad is extremely receptive. The apartment is as shown. Bonus was having a boot drier for our ski gear. Hot tub was great to have after a day on the slopes and was very well maintained.Only downside is that you can hear the people upstairs a bit. Other than that we had a really great time.

Great stay!

Chalet was the same as advertised in pictures and description. Owner and property manager were extremely attentive and helpful during our stay. Definitely has everything you would need for a great stay.

Sleepy hallows stay

Very nice little place for us just a short distance from the ski lifts. Private hot tub was very enjoyable. Thank you very much Brad for the accommodations for our ski weekend.

Sleepy Hollows was perfect!

The suite at sleepy hollows was a perfect location and good layout for 4 people. Everything you need and you can either do a two minute drive or ski. The owners are lovely and went above and beyond to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience. Would totally recommend!

Ski trip

Excellent location for SunPeaks ski trip. Close drive to resort or short walk and ski down to lifts. Ski right back to location across the street. Chalet was equipped with everything and more for our stay and hot tub is always a bonus after a long day on mountain. Look forward to returning some day.

Clean accom in a great central location

We were there on business for two nights and the suite worked out perfectly with the two bunk beds in the one bedroom and then the master bedroom. Within walking distance of the lifts and village centre with a great view of Mt Morrisey runs out the kitchen and living room windows as well as from the hot tub. The place was very clean and comes with all the kitchen necessities just bring the food and you're all set.

Great for families.

Brad is a terrific host! He accommodated some of our special needs for arrival and departure, and promptly responded to our hot tub issues. Our family rented both the upper and lower units, and had a great time. We could have wished for better ski out, but we ferried the older members up the hill, and drove the littles to the drop off. We made it work! The downstairs had plenty of room for 5, and we especially appreciated the generous space for all our ski clothing and gear.

Excellent Location. Walking distance to village and ski in/out

Overall the place and location is great. It is ski in/out just takes longer in ski boots and as listed. The shuttle is at the end of the road and super easy and convenient. We walked to and from the village with no problem, and folks we met said how close we were. We asked a lot of questions throughout our stay and had them all addressed. As Indicated in other reviews, being on the bottom you can hear everything above and knowing it braces you so you aren’t startled. Would stay again and would 100% recommend for a smaller group as well!

Great time in Sun Peaks

We had a great stay at Brad's cozy 2-bdrm basement suite. It came with everything you could want and we booked it mainly because of the hot tub. A second bathroom was the only thing my wife and I longed for with two kids in tow. Brad was excellent to communicate with and helped arrange for a return of forgotten kids items. Easy check in and out. Ski-in to across the street, ski-out is about a 10 min uphill walk. Village easily walkable. Price is a bit higher compared to Whistler and other ski hills in the interior but you get a mountain, three actually, basically to yourself. We stayed Sun-Fri and never had a line. Would recommend to stay at Brad's.

sunpeak winter trip

Cozy place overall. Pot and beddings well stocked. Good set up for snowgears which we can leave at the entryway. This is a basement unit which you'll have to walk down a stretch of stair to the basement unit; And ,as in any basement unit you'll hear the footsteps of the tenants who're living upstair. We are snowboarder, so to get onto Sunpeak's lift you will have to drive to the base of the Sunpeak resort ( a few mins of short drive). One can't snowboard to the base from this basement to the lift. Nice trip overall.

Amazing place

I rented both units of the Sleep Hollows Chalet for 19 people and it was absolutely exceptional! We stayed over Christmas and it was the most beautiful place to do so. Our group consisted of 4 families with kids ranging in age from 10-19 years and every single person had a comfortable bed to sleep in. This unit was immaculate and so well maintained. I always worry when booking a place to stay because I am a major clean freak and usually feel uncomfortable staying in a rental. I can honestly say this is the first time I felt completely comfortable because the place was so well kept and exceptionally clean. It is obvious that Brad pays attention to detail and expects nothing short of perfection for his renters! The hot tub was also exceptional and maintained daily by his staff. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely be back!! Thank you Brad for the amazing experience had by our entire group!
