Awesome view and location!

Excellent view of beach with view all the way to Kure pier! Cute one bedroom. Only drawback was 28 steps to condo level and no half bath if you had more guests. Other reviews got nit picky about cleanliness but we had no issues. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Great!

The view from the condo is perfect. It could use a deep clean but generally it was clean. Toilet has low water pressure for flushing( works but sometimes you have to flush a couple times). Overall, I’d come back and stay right there.

Perfect view from ocean-front porch

Spectacular location, perfect for post-season relaxation. Comfortable unit that needs some cosmetic and cleaning attention, but we hope to visit again next fall.

Wonderful location, adorable condo

We spent a glorious week on the Carolina Beach and were thrilled with our condo location, ease to restaurants, and comfort of surroundings. We left something valuable behind and the manager went out of her way to help us out. Great experience and we will return.

Condo 28B

Clean and comfortable. Somewhat dated. Condo should have a few small repairs made. Lights need replaced outside front door and in the bathroom. The deck needs work… nail heads are sticking up and one board is loose. We might use this condo again however there are other condos available at lower cost and are more up to date.

Could have been better. GREAT location

Nothing wrong with the unit except it's dated. If anything it just needs to be painted to make it feel cleaner and less dingy. The bathtub was not clean and whoever cleans between guests really needs to pay attention to detail like baseboards and hard-core cleaning of the tub and shower.. Definitely need to replace top bedding and pillows. Show lots of wear. We loved the location, the balcony and the newer wood floors in the main living area. That was definitely a nice upgrade. We definitely enjoyed our stay despite any small issue.

View with some dust

The view and balcony...Great. Nice furniture and good mattress in the bedroom. The baseboards were packed with dust, the bottom of the shower curtain looked filthy and the tub was stained.

Great beach spot!

Perfect spot for a perfect weekend. Nice clean condo, great views of the ocean. Owners and realty shop were very easy to deal with. The agent gave some great restaurant recommendations and things to do on the island. Would 100% go back.

Great Place to Stay

It started off with a great welcome from Dena Bullard who was very nice to talk and deal with. Then the condo was very nice. It had a great view of the beach. It was a great place to stay easy check in and check out. We will consider staying here again the next time we go to the beach.

Great Location, Condo as clean as can be.

Dena and Debbie Bullard (the agents) were great folks to talk to. They answered all of questions about eating spots, etc. The condo is a second floor unit, and the steps are rough if you're partially handicapped, and obviously there's no elevator. When we walked in we very surprised to see the interior in no way mirrors the outside. Although Sea Colony was underway on refurbishing the outside, it's a bit rough right now, but Ahhh, the condo is very well appointed, stocked, and the patio, porch, whatever you call it, has a killer view to the big pond. The ocean is less the 200 yards from the water with a totally unobstructed view! We definitely plan a return visit.
