In 2022, I made the move from Dallas to Chattanooga, starting a new chapter. I had previously relocated from Atlanta to Dallas in 2020 during the pandemic. As of 2022, I began teaching in the art department at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I have a thing for collecting VHS tapes, which fits well with my background in visual art. I also enjoy being a VRBO host, giving guests a chance to take a break from their routines.

I've done my fair share of exploring, crisscrossing various parts of the United States and even delving into international travels across Europe, South and Central America. Some standout places for me include Maine, Costa Rica, Denmark, Peru, Italy, and the Czech Republic. Yet, my earliest beach memories stem from Destin, a place my family frequented when I was young. The condo, which used to belong to my grandparents, has a special spot in our hearts. To honor their legacy, we've decided to share this space, offering others the opportunity to enjoy Destin's beaches and attractions.

Moreover, if you yearn for leisurely strolls to capture awe-inspiring sunsets, the condo is conveniently situated just a brief walk away from the beach.

Conveniently situated, the condo enjoys close proximity to a range of amenities, spanning from pools and tennis courts to grills and a pitch and putt golf course. A leisurely walk to the tennis courts is within reach, or you can opt for a shortcut leading to Louisiana Lagniappe. Adjacent to this restaurant, with a marina view, lies the opportunity to board the Destin Water Taxi. Within a short stroll or a quick drive, you can access any of the five swimming pools. The fall and winter seasons offer a special allure with two heated pools and three hot tubs. The property conveniently hosts charcoal grills, an ice machine, and vending machines. It's essential to note that grills aren't allowed on the deck or in the parking lot. Approximately 0.4 miles from the condo lies the beach. A straightforward path through the complex leads you across Gulf Shore Drive at the dedicated crosswalk. Alternatively, a private lot earmarked for beach access by guests and owners offers parking convenience. During the high season, Rick's Sand Trap Beach Bar & Grill awaits, serving up American fare, snacks, drinks, and seafood.

For your convenience, the pool operates from 9 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week.
