Nice house with a great location

BloomEstates is an excellent property management company. They communicated well and responded in a timely manner. The house is large, but dated - which makes it a little more affordable than others is the neighborhood. Location is wonderful - really convenient for beach access and Main Street. We give it two thumbs up!

Beach fun!

The short walk to the beach and the town was great. My family was able to have a relaxing vacation at the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone to have space, but also to have times together.as a big group. There was also space for our dogs and the yard was perfect for them too.

Family Gathering at Beach

We have stayed at this house two times before. It is big enough for our group and is essentially on the beach. Wo of us also like to bring a dog.

Family vacation for 10

This is our annual family vaction and this home did not dissappoint for a family of 10! Pleanty of sleeping and overall space. We had a great time especially so close to the beach!

Plenty of space

This property worked well for our group size. The upstairs master is especially nice with the en-suite bathroom. We also enjoyed the large living space to gather.

Amazing location!

This rental was super clean and exactly as described. Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, dishes, pots & pans, and a large array of spices. Only complaints were an uncomfortable mattress in the smaller first-floor bedroom double-bed and uncomfortably large pillows. If we come again, we will make sure to bring our own. Otherwise this was a great place that we would heartily recommend to others.

Sea Esta Reunion

Lovely home . Our group consisted of 2 grandparents, our kids, spouses, and their kids, ages 4 and 7. Nice fenced yard for our daughter's dogs. Our favorite activity was to ride our bikes to the beach trail, and on the beach, every day. Visited the Disappointment lighthouse and interpretive center there. Fabulous information! Well appointed kitchen which simplified meal prep. Lots of comfy space for our family of 8.

Long weekend in Long Beach

Long Beach Family Rental

The location and layout of this rental were ideal for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The main living area is open and comfortable. We discovered a number of damaged home items requiring repair. Some of which we considered safety issues. Broken love seat, holes in the upper deck, fridge water and ice do not work, front porch light not working, lack of hot pads and cleaning supplies in the kitchen. For these reasons, we would not consider returning to this property.

Sea-esta Beach Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and the house was set up well for a family. The location was perfect. We did have a few concerns. The door handle to the sunroom was broken and the windows in it were next to impossible to close and(or)open. The window in the laundry room had no screen and the window in the 1/2 bath had to be propped to stay open. Also there was no laundry soap, so we had to purchase our own. Hopefully these issues will be taken of for the next renters. All in all, we would love to come back!!

Perfect getaway for families with small children.

This home is walking distance to the beach via a trail through the sand dunes. It’s so close to down you could walk if you wanted to. The house is overall clean, the kitchen is well stocked with just about all you’d need to make meals. We even found waffle maker! There were limited spices, salt, pepper and vegetable oil in the cupboard. (Not sure of that is standard or items left by other renters). There is a sunroom attached to the dining room stocked with a small amount of children’s toys that kept our three toddlers occupied when we were there. The house has a tankless water heater so we never ran out of water, however if anyone uses water while someone is showering it will affect the water temperature of the person in the shower. We had a wonderful trip to the beach and this house accommodated our family (total of 6 adults, 3 toddlers and an infant) very nicely. Our real only complaint is the mattresses were not all that comfortable, however we would probably stay here again.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay over four nights. The check in process is easy. Great communication. We would have liked to have checked in sooner than 4 pm without a fee as there wasn't much daylight after we settled in. The house is a manufactured home and is comfortable. The kitchen is more than adequate, certainly big enough and with enough room for everyone to eat at the table or the long counter. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. TV is fine with Roku. No DVD player. No local TV channels. There is a board game closet but I recommend bringing your own video games. The upstairs is a master suite with a King bed and two additional beds. There is a TV up there and a view. With one great room downstairs, this could be a good space for video games. The beach is a five minute walk, very convenient. The walk to town is easy too. Outside, it was great to have a fenced yard for the dog. The gas BBQ worked well. Plenty of parking. There was a dead bird on the back patio when we arrived. Pricing seemed fair although the billing was somewhat confusing. Bloomer has their fees and VRBO tacks on what seems about 25%. We opted for trip insurance. I recommend booking directly through Bloomer to avoid the VRBO fees. I wanted to use two different credit cards to pay the deposit and the rental fees, but this was not an option. We would stay there again.

Wonderful Time making memories at the Sea-Esta house!

This home is absolutely WONDERFUL. The open floor plan: Kitchen with bar counter, living room and dining room and outdoor patio provides a great visiting and common area. The bedrooms were very clean, well apportioned with extra blankets and pillows if we were to need them. Multiple comfy beds in most of the bedrooms provided ample sleeping arrangements for our extended family members. The kitchen was fantastic with everything we would need. Extra spices and plenty of coffee and tea were such a plus. The refrigerator has trays to make ice as well. The games and puzzles in the closet. Toys for kids too. Location is Perfect! Only a couple blocks from main street of town AND a very short walk to the beach. While you can not SEE the beach because of the hill, you can hear it with the windows open or while sitting out on the decks. I was rather excited about the tandem bicycle and I thought I might fulfill my dream of riding one, but alas, it was missing a chain :( Several other bicycles and an air pump in the garage were available and we rode to town and around the area. Our dogs enjoyed the "almost" completely fenced yard, and were so pleased to see a kennel provided in the garage along with a pooper scooper. Such thoughtful things, so pet friendly, Thank you! We loved our stay here and would certainly love to return at a later time. Excellent communication from the hosting company. We made some wonderful family memories. P.S. Bring bug spray

Family Time

We are RVers - this was our first VRBO stay. We chose this place because it was convenient for our whole family, it was close to the beach and there was a spot to park our RV (we did NOT stay in it). The pictures are not all correct - some furniture has changed. 3 of the 5 bikes in the garage had chain off. Only 2 of the chairs on the lower patio are in good condition. Lots of pots, pans and lids in the kitchen, but the lids don't match pans. Lots of crumbs and bits in the kitchen cupboards - they could use a good cleaning.

Family Gathering at Beach

We are who have spent many vacations on Long Beach peninsula. We most enjoyed being so close to the beach, having space for all of us to meet, and being able to bring two of our dogs. The house was very functional, and we were able to enjoy one another's company. (We did find that the smoke detector was super sensitive--better than not working at all but we had to open windows several times when we could smell no smoke.)
