Great location! Awesome host!

This was a tough time for us as we were out of our home because of a hurricane. Our host Marcos was so great and accommodating!

Going to Clearwater to catch and Phillies game plus hit a few restaurants/bars was topped off coming back to our nice well maintained house.

Cute little house and great communication with owners.

We were very satisfied with the entire experience. Nice and clean. The owner had everything you could possibly imagine for our use and that was greatly appreciated.

Cute well furnished house.

I love the proximity of the bike trail and Clearwater Beach! I did yoga on Clearwater Beach! What a wonderful experience! I recommend it highly!

Great location and property

We loved the beachy decor! Super clean, well kept property with fenced in backyard. They had everything we needed including kitchen appliances, backyard grill, and all the essentials. The owners are extremely commutative and accommodating. Best of both worlds: close to Clearwater Beach, St. Pete and Tampa. We would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you Marcos!

We had a pleasant stay

Just got home from a 2 week stay in this home. Nice home, plenty of room for our dogs to run. Very comfortable beds. Very good wi-fi. Marcos was a pleasure to deal with.He answered all our questions very promptly. Only concern was it's on a very busy street. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

No washer only a dryer(?), no hot water, bathtub was dirty, coffee maker had mold in it, internet stopped working on the second day and never came back on, neighborhood was very sketchy. I cannot recommend this rental.

Great Experience!

I stayed three weeks and I was very pleased with the cleanliness, accommodations, amenities and owner’s responsiveness when I had a question. The purpose of my trip was a home away from home while I worked for two of the three weeks. I had everything I needed and it was spic and span. The TVs were modern with a good picture with plenty of channels, the internet was fast and reliable which made my work life less stressful. In the evening I had countless options for dining, sightseeing or any activity I could possibly want. Clearwater downtown was a skip and a jump away and I found some side streets that made getting on the bridge to Clearwater Beach a breeze. I was impressed and touched by the thoughtfulness of the hosts. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and weren’t just doing enough to get by to turn a quick buck. It made my vacation happy and cheery with nothing to think of but getting down to the business of vacation and relaxing. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Great property, great location, great hosts

Property was clean, well kept and exactly as described. It's a very convenient location to clearwater beach, Dunedin, etc. Host was easy to reach if we had any questions and went above and beyond to help our stay be enjoyable and smooth as silk.

We enjoyed our stay in Clearwater. Very centrally located. Many places to eat. Visiting friends in area was very convenient. Denise and Marcos provided everything you needed, and then some. House was decorated with Florida memrebility

Clean, comfortable beach themed cottage. Close to beaches, stores, and resturants.

Property is great. Marcos and Denise were very gracious hosts. They were quick to respond to any inquiries. The street is a bit busy and Florida traffic overall stinks but this "beach house" was wonderful.

Everything you need

I stayed at this property with my husband & two small dogs for approx. 7 weeks during my nursing contract. It was a perfect location: close to the hospitals, parks, restaurants, and drive to the beach. The owner Marcos is super responsive and very thoughtful in leaving us with everything we needed for our extended stay. The house didn’t miss anything: the house was stocked with cleaning supplies, toilet paper, towels, extra linen/blankets, you name it. Marcos even left us wine for our arrival and water & soda in the fridge. His attention to detail makes him such a great host. 10/10 recommend.

Peaceful Convenient Getaway

If you’re looking for a place that has everything in case you didn’t bring it, has the charm of an in town beach house, and is convenient to the water and city necessities, then you found it. We could have been more relaxed. The owner, Marcos was attentive to even the smallest of needs. There were more than a few little items that we forgot to bring with us, but soon realized Marcos hadn’t forgotten anything; right down to the cool sunburn gel in the refrigerator. We had a very peaceful, relaxing stay and hope we get to stay again in the future. You can definitely trust what you read when browsing the details and amenities of this wonderful cottage.

Vacation Spot that Feels like Home!

You all know the saying the "good things comes in small packages" Well, this place looks small from the outside but as you go inside, the home seems to expand. A TV is placed in every room, King size bed , which for me was perfect not too soft but not hard either. A full kitchen with all the essentials you would need, there is even an electrical fireplace to give you that serenity ambience feeling to let stress go, heat or no heat, just beautiful, not to mention CLEAN!!! They are pet friendly-A huge plus. The property manager was able to answer all my concerns about the neighborhood. I parked a huge 4x4 truck and a Audi in the driveway which was a concern at first leaving it outside, but all was good and felt safe. It also has a backyard which you can have a morning coffee before heading out. Full washer and dryer. The list goes on, too much to mention. Above all, it exceeded my expectations. Glad I was able to find this place convenient to all shopping restaurants and beach. A huge Thank You to the owners.

Very Nice Home and Owners

Our stay at 512 S. Martin Luther King Avenue was very comfortable. The house was in good shape, clean, and had enough room for us. The location to the beaches, dog park, and golf courses was great. Communication with the owners and their attention to our needs was very good. House was well equipped and clean. Some special amenities provided by the owner was a nice touch and unexpected. Also, the house was near several stores and restaurants that made it easy to shop, eat, and be entertained. The only drawback is that it is on a very busy street and intersection which has traffic most of the day and into the night. We enjoyed our stay.

Works well for us

There were many difficulties renting the property, due to my problems, but it all worked out fine. The owner was very kind, helpful and understanding. The house had everything that we needed including a fenced yard for my dog! L Thanks for sharing your home.

Nice cozy house

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. Grilling in the backyard was nice, lots of TV options, comfortable furniture and bed. Everything worked the way it should. Marcos was easily reached by messaging and responded quickly when we had a question.

The unit is an older home which has been remodeled very well. It provided privacy while located very close to neighboring homes. Our first time for VRBO and were not disappointed.

Great Location!

The Pecunia Family vacation home is in a bustling urban neighborhood super close to amenities (Publix, Coffee Shops, Restaurants) & the BEACH, without the beach pricetag. The neighbors are friendly and make you feel like part of their neighborhood family immediately. The house is clean & well kept with extra towels, sheets, blankets, toiletries, etc all stocked. The homeowners are attentive if needed to answer questions or address anything within the home, but not bothersome. The yard is fenced in & very private, which is perfect for any four-legged friends that you bring on vacation with you. Overall, I had a great experience & highly recommend this listing.
