It a nice small log cabin home, we got there around 5:30 PM which was dark already and had difficulty finding the property, we actually ended up in the property just before this one,(GPS issues), had to call the property manager (Aileen), who helped us navigate to the property. So if you plan to book this place and get there before dark (for the first time). Drive way is steep but that's what you expect in mountains. Front porch had decent light, no issues. When we walked into the house, it was not cleaned after the pervious renters vacated, all dirty towels and beds were dirty and the bathrooms were not usable. I called property owner and reported it, but unfortunately nothing can be done that night, so we ended up cleaning some of it so that we can stay the night. We did have our own bed sheets, blankets and pillows which we ended up using anyway. (we always carry them on road trips). Next day morning around 9AM , cleaning folks showed up and Once cleaned it’s all good. For this trouble they refunded the $100 cleaning fee. It’s a small place, so don’t expect to have a big area for all to sit, the sofa is pretty old and creaks a lot, the TV in the living area seems to be broken, turns on but you cant see anything. other TVs in the bedroom and loft works fine. The rec room is a good addition, but the access is outside from the main area (separate lock). Did not use the hot tub. For a log cabin, its decent. If it was cleaned and good linens when we arrived I give a 4*.
