5 star property and owner!

Beautiful property and location. Very clean. Owner’s communication was above and beyond any other experience we have had. Mentioned that we wished there was a crock pot and one was delivered that evening! Clean outdoor property and pool made for great afternoon swim and beautiful walks on the gated community. 3 couples shared the property and we never felt under each other’s feet. Offered privacy and retreat from each other! Hope to return again next year.

Spacious & Conveniently located

The condo is just as pictured and described. There is pretty much everything you need. It is very spacious and the three bathrooms attached with each bedroom are super great. We were very comfortable. The pool is right behind the unit and is well maintained. The public bathrooms by the pool, not so much. They need attention. The unit is so close though you can just go back to the unit vs going to those bathrooms. The condo also is very convenient to everything you would want to do in Hot Springs. Nothing was further than 25 minutes. We would rent this unit again without any hesitation.

Great place to stay

The place was convenient to all attractions. The decor was tasteful. The balcony view and ambiance was lovely. The family area was spacious. The kitchen was connected to the living room. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Most of all, the Owner acted like we were guests not customers.

Beautiful up to date condo!!!

We had a wonderful stay here with my kids and in laws. The condo was incredibly clean and we had cinnamon rolls waiting for us when we got there. We had several questions about a few things and they were answered immediately! Honestly, we had a great time. Wonderful people to rent through; I would come back again!!! The only suggestion is to bring a blanket to use at night. They had beach towels to use and that kind of thing though.

We enjoyed this condo. Great set-up. Three bedrooms with three on-suite baths. This is the place to stay.

Great rental property

This was a beautiful place and perfect for 6 people. The furnishings were more than adequate and comfortable. The property was just as described and Linda was great. She left us fresh vegetables and a fresh loaf of sourdough bread from a local vendor. I recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location for Family Trip

We chose this property for our annual family trip this year. It was a great decision! The property owner made it very easy to access and use the property! Laura made every effort to communicate (very quick responses) and gave assistance and information about the area when needed. The property itself was great! Two king beds and a queen bed all of which were very comfortable! The room with the queen bed had enough room in it for an additional queen air mattress that we brought for our granddaughter to sleep on. Each room had it's own bathroom with plenty of towels! Two eating spaces and a spacious kitchen with basic necessities and pantry made meals very easy! The condo is right next to the pool which made it great for us as we were traveling with our 3 year old granddaughter who loves to swim. The pool was never crowded, but had a few people from time to time. There are 5 lakes in the area with Lake Ouachita and Lake Catherine state parks within 30 minutes! So much to do with the lakes, science museum and the downtown Hot Springs shops and history! We loved it! We would definitely consider this property for future trips! We recommend this property based on the location, condo's great condition, amenities and the owner! All were superb!! One thing to note: There are two dedicated parking spots for the unit. The paint on the pavement was faint and we had to ask others to vacate the spots from time to time as parking is limited. Everyone was very nice about it! Most did not realize that the spots were dedicated!

This unit is very peaceful and private. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, which is great for multiple couples. It has been newly remodeled with great updates.
