Sit on the balcony sipping your wine as you watch the amazing colorful sunsets like you've never seen before. Every window in the house has a breathtaking view.
No Steps! This penthouse unit with easy elevator access is spacious and sleeps 6 comfortably. It has one king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the secondary bedroom, and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. The primary bathroom has a step-in shower and a separate jetted bathtub. The secondary bathroom has a step-in shower. This penthouse unit has a great private boat dock. There is free boat trailer parking in a gated and locked area included with the rental. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook, but there are fabulous restaurants nearby if you'd rather let someone else do the cooking.
The complex has an abundance of amenities including an outdoor pool and hot tub, BBQ pits, tennis courts, and waterfront picnic areas.
