When we arrived the plumber was working on fixing a leak in the utility room. The room stank. It took about two weeks before both gas and water leaks were corrected. The air conditioning is insufficient, for bedrooms only. So, you have to open front and back to let a breeze in along with the mosquitoes. There is no potable water delivery. Carrying drinking water is a pain. The beds are fine. The unit is on a dead end street so, no traffic. The area is noisy but quiets down around 2300. The sofa sucks. The kitchenware looks like leftovers. No dishwasher, no instruction on how to operate the gas oven, took a week to fix the auto defrost on refrigerator. The fan over the cooktop is filthy greasy. The ceiling fans are dirty. The grungy shower is a trickle. The wall are dusty. Check near the clock!! No vacuum cleaner for the floor?? The pool was dirty, lawn chairs black. The toilets do not flush properly. Filthy kitchen, dirt under the stove and fridge. Ants on the counter top. I took video!! No local tv stations. Netflix available. The manager, Armando, seems to be trying but I know the owner does not want to spend on maintenance. I would not return to this condo.
