The first night was very rough. I did not sleep. The bed is uncomfortable, the new AC woke me up all night, the pillows were missing pillowcases, and little things/details were unavailable (dishes for jewelry, soaps and stuff unknown, bathroom not fully cleaned), never got the WiFi to work, TV was confusing. The neighbors were loud (3am loud), doorbells being rung by kids in the middle of the night and fire alarms going off. Unable to accommodate a late checkout (that’s fine), and overall I guess assumed more from this place based on its reviews. With that - I can say, the AC noise was promptly repaired and owner responded respectfully. AC works if that is important for you! The place was clean overall. Check in was seamless, the app is great. I appreciated that. Photos are as described. I know some of the things I experienced were likely beyond the control of the property owner. And the bed comfort is an opinion (very stiff, no comforter). While the property worked for the weekend, I honestly considered a different place for a more comfortable bed each night (and no I don’t have back problems). I appreciate all hosts on Vrbo that are polite and share their space with others. This was no different. That said, I personally wouldn’t stay again. I bought new bedding and pillows I took home with me - that was my solution to sleeping (down comforter and pillows) and made it manageable. Thank you.
