Everything was great, very clean, very easy check in. Only issue was air conditioning was not great.

The ac was not cold enough. The property was great otherwise, clean and great location

Covered the basics and that is all

This stay covered sleeping and shower arrangements and that's about it. The outdoor pool was closed, the indoor pool was filled but closed, the restaurant was closed, the bar was closed. All the doors leading to the beach were chained and locked shut. Calling this a "resort" is being EXTREMELY generous. Air conditioner cannot keep up with the room, and we were killing cockroaches in the room daily.

Air conditioner is AWFUL

Room was very nice and clean. Air conditioner was was TERRIBLE! The only time it cooled down was around 4:00 am to - 9:00 am Even our 12 year old was sweating in the room . Definitely couldn’t sleep with any covers , not even a sheet . Completely miserable.

Lovely little condo

This was a perfect location and had what we needed, however the air conditioning was sub par. I suggest bringing a fan to keep you cool especially if you like a cold cold room to sleep in like I do.

Very clean and nice property. Easy check in and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. This was a great find. Loved the tiki hut bar/grill.

Great place to stay

Loved the room and facilities. Very clean, was easy to check in and out of. We will definitely stay here again. We wish we could adjust the room temp lower than it would go, it was a little warmer than we like. Loved that they had food/bar at pools.

Room was nice, clean, just as listed

Enjoyed the property tremendously. only 2 issues, air conditioning didn't work all week and couldn't get extra towels due to my room was a privately owned unit that opted to not utilize the property's services. We had to go purchase bath towels and wash cloths

much needed relaxing spring break

Great property! accurately described in listing! Very clean and well stocked to be able to clean while visiting! Property was perfect for two younger children to enjoy while adults relaxed! Entire property clean and well kept! Very friendly staff!

Would stay again!

We stayed on the 8th floor. We had a nice ocean view and the hotel is conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and of course the wonderful beach access it provides. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the elevators were backed up and slow the whole stay. We waited and the crowds kept building up. We took the stairs a lot and that’s an 8 flight walk. Overall everything else was as described and I would stay again next summer.

Beautiful beach

Nice room. Comfy bed. Great shower. Only 1 parking spot and no suggestion for another person's car or option mentioned to pay for a parking spot. Neighbors do not adhere to no smoking on the premises or the quiet hours because someone was moving and banging furniture and cabinets for almost 3 hours 1 night around 1am. People smoke on balconies and the wind blows it into other open balconies so no way to really find the losers. This is a huge place and my stay was not crowded beach beautiful. You also cannot have food delivered to room. You have to meet them in the lobby.
