The hostess was prompt with their communication, everything was easy to understand and access. We paid for parking and everything with our car was safe and secure. The neighborhood was cute and quiet, highly recommend the restaurant, Chofi Birria, it was just a couple blocks away. We were able to walk to the grocery store down the road to grab food for breakfast every morning. The kitchen is a little sparse on the cooking utensils. But we made pretty basic things for breakfast, so it wasn't too big of a deal.
The beds were comfortable enough for a rental. The listing does say that it sleeps 6, two people can sleep on the couch which converts to a bed, however, there were no pillows or blankets for that couch/bed. There are decorative throw pillows, but no one wants to sleep with that. So I would suggest to the host to get specific bedding for that pullout couch/bed.
The bus system took us a minute to understand, but it was very convenient once we got it down. A bus stop right in front of the rental made traveling into the city much easier! Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit New York and stay outside of the city!!
