Loved the space and the location. Very easy to walk around and see lots of shops, churches, and museums. Plus close to the Ft Marcy cross hike.

Spectacular spot

Very clean, extremely convenient to the plaza, safe, fabulous bed and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Great living room separate from bedroom. The best part? The service by the management company, Santuario. They were so helpful and nice!

Comfortable, well maintained property that's basically on the plaza. Clean and quiet. There is construction happening across the street as of October 2024 that may impact weekday late sleepers. Otherwise fantastic

Blissful staycation

This was a wonderful room. The check in process was very easy. The parking situation was a no-brainer right behind the VRBO and less than a five minute walk to the plaza didn’t have to drive anywhere. Everything was perfectly within walking distance the room was clean and spacious enough for two people to enjoy, I would definitely rent again. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Great location to the convention center

Was attending a three day convention and this was PERFECT for that. There is only a microwave for cooking, so be prepared for that. Otherwise, this was fantastic!!! Great location to many restaurants within walking distance. It was quiet and very well presented.

More of a Hotel suite than luxury apartment

Location is great. Once we checked in the property manager described the unit as a studio apartment, which is more of an accurate description. The bathroom was okay, however, the toilet room needed to have the baseboards installed. The raw edge of the drywall at the floor level shouldn't have been exposed. Overall, it met our needs, but not our expectations given the price . We were a little underwhelmed.

The room was well-maintained and nice with friendly staff

My biggest two issues were view amd noise. The walls are too thin and noises in the hall sound like someone might be in the condo with me. Also, my view of the parkling lot was ok but I wanted mountains and the dining room window wouldn’t even open to help cross-ventilate. Although nice, I will probably not be back- just too much lodging competition in Santa Fe.

Lincoln properties were fabulous. Awesome communication from beginning to end. Place was immaculate and ready as promised. Very nice rooms. Perfect location to the plaza square and nearby museums. We would definitely recommend the property to friends. The only rec. is there were no towel bars or hooks to hang the beautiful robes that were provided. A toilet paper dispenser might also be installed as it was placed on top of the stainless steel toilet brush cylinder. All is was good!! David and Annie provided excellent customer service. If fact, David secured the reservation when I called to inquire about our stay in SF. And Annie, gave us a tour of the availability of properties. Great team!

Overall, I found Lincoln 303 to be a great property.

Overall, I found Lincoln 303 to be a great property. A couple of minor items would make the bathroom more functional including a wall mount toilet paper holder and some additional towel bars. I did regret that there was no actual view from the living room window. It made that space a bit claustrophobic. The property was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay! Annie was very helpful prior to our arrival and took care of our check in process quickly.
