This rental is convenient to the historic city central and had everything we needed. We walked to the museums, Railyard District, and Canyon Road art galleries. Santa Fe and the surrounding areas are very car-centric, so it may be helpful to have a car for grocery shopping and excursions (not much public transit). As city dwellers, we did our research prior to our trip, so we were happy to embrace the walking when we could and used a car when the distance was great. During the winter holidays, Santa Fe was a delightful destination and we'd visit again!

This property was immaculate. It was outfitted with everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The house is tastefully appointed and feels like a home. The host was very responsive and quick to contact us when we had questions. The location was within a 15 min walk from the Plaza which is central to most shops, museums and galleries. We will stay here again if we ever get the chance to return to Santa Fe.

The property is amazing and beautifully maintained. The host, Veronica, met us as we drove up and escorted us in. She is the best host we’ve ever worked with, a great communicator who responds quickly to requests, and has a lovely, warm personality. We hope to make this a yearly trip!

Veronica’s apartment is on a beautiful, quiet, and private property, easy walking distance from the plaza, railyard, restaurants, and grocery stores. Inside, the apartment is beautifully appointed - serene and stylish. The kitchen had all the things we could need - coffee-making options, wide array of cooking equipment and utensils, and basic needs such as coffee and filters, spices, and oil. Veronica was a great host, communicating in advance of our arrival, meeting us in person and orienting us to the home once we arrived, checking in with us during our stay on any needs we might have. And she provided excellent restaurant recommendations! I highly recommend this property

Lovely modern home

The owner was easy to work with, supplying extra chairs for a dinner party and making restaurant recommendations, etc. All had a great time. The home is clean and modern feeling and very quiet. Thrilled to have two parking places. Just FYI: a little tricky maneuvering out of the spaces into the driveway. One niggle: We brought our own food, of course, but would've been nice to have some foil or plastic wrap for leftovers. Overall, a lovely home and the owner was helpful and accommodating.

Exceptional stay

Beautiful, well cared for home in good walking proximity to the Plaza. Great, artsy, refuge-like ambience. Comfy and top notch. Well equipped kitchen for meals prep. Responsive, helpful host. Would happily return again.

Lovely house

The property owner, Veronica, was helpful and so nice. The property was as shown and was the perfect place for us to spend a long vacation. She had a number of little touches in the house that made us feel at home and feel cared for. It’s a neighborhood that’s gentrifying and people waved hello and were friendly. A 15 minute walk to the plaza or the railway station. Grocery stores and pharmacy nearby. Felt safe with digital locks. We’d definitely stay here again.

The perfect spot!

My mom and I took a trip to Santa Fe for a week for an event that was happening in the Plaza. This place was perfect. It's less than a mile walk to the Plaza, with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. It's a beautiful property, and looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Veronica is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful modern well appointed property. Veronica was very responsive to our needs. The area is very safe and all the Santa Fe cultural activities are within minutes of walking We will stay again here at our next visit

Very nice. Any issue we had was taken care of promptly. The owner is very nice and responsive! The only thing we didn't care for was the Roku Tv. Very confusing but we didn't visit Santa Fe to watch TV! We would stay there again.

great spot

really easy stay and good location. 15 min to the square. The lock is a bit tricky but nice not to have a key to worry about. be nice if the gate had a key pad on the inside rather than just one clicker for the place. Also, grill is not usable as it's very rusted and in need of attention. Be aware that all kitchen drawers have an internal one as well, sliverware ect.

Should have been really great, but...

The property is a lovely home, furnished tastefully and comfortably. The location is convenient to the Plaza and restaurants etc. However, the bathroom design doesn’t work—can’t turn water on in the sink without it getting everywhere, shower door and shower head are mismatched leaving the floor wet, towel rack broken, and only one towel hook (for a 2 bedroom). Kitchen was not stocked with appropriate utensils, dish towels, etc. internet was slow and connection spotty. Also, parking can be challenging with a large SUV. We really wanted to give a higher rating, bland we hope the owner botched up her amenities and fixed the bathroom because this could easily be a five star property,
