Country Quiet

We stayed here for the Hotter Than Hell 100. It was the perfect spot to get away from the crowds but yet be close enough to the city. The owners communicated effectively and was gracious to meet our needs for a later checkout on race day. Beds were comfy, the AC worked and snacks & water was a nice touch. Highly recommend this country retreat.

Cute and roomy

This was a cute and roomy place to stay within 15 minutes of downtown Wichita Falls. Beds were comfy, shower was tiny though. They left lots of great snacks and even some heavier food in case you need it. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommended, would stay again.

Very Country

It was okay, and could have been cleaner. One bed made one not. We had an issue with check in which took almost 1 hour to rectify, so we just continued on with our plans till the owners called us.

Outstanding Stay

The accommodations were even better than advertised. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The location is outside of the city and on a farm so everything was quiet and peaceful but you are still only 10-15 minutes to restaurants and city activities. Owners left fruit for us as well as energy drinks in the fridge. Highly recommend this location and we will be looking to come back next year. Thank you for a quiet peaceful stay.

Good spot to rest up and have peace

I stayed here during a family visit. The country setting provided peace and quiet. The listing is a converted workshop with a car decor which was fitting. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms, the decor, and the peace & quiet of the property.
