Hello ,
my name is Maryse and I am 64 years old. My husband is called Georges and is 58 years old. We are both actors.
We are delighted to welcome you soon. Warm by nature, we are always happy to meet people and meet new people.
Arrivals are from 3 p.m. and departures are before noon.
I hope you will have a good time in our beautiful department of Pyrénées-Orientales.
Our exact address (for GPS): 17 rue de la couloumine 66680 Canohès. (this is also the address of our little theater).
It’s right next to Perpignan. Besides, if you come during school holidays (from our area), your children from 3 to 15 years old can do a theater internship with us. If you are interested, do not hesitate to ask us for all the information.
- the entire accommodation as a whole. Nothing is shared in this house except the courtyard where cars are parked.
- in each of the 2 bedrooms, there are large closets to store your belongings and an ultra comfortable Emma mattress (2018). All bed linen is provided.
- in the living room, there is a sofa, a TV cabinet, a 101 cm flat screen TV, large closets to store your belongings, Wi-Fi.
- in the open kitchen, there is fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, all dishes, kitchen utensils, tea towels.
- in the bathroom, there is a walk-in shower with hydromassage column, sink cabinet, 2 mirrors, towel radiator, washing machine, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, broom, shovel, mop bucket, drying rack. All bathroom linen is provided.
- outside, there is a garden furniture with coffee table, two seater sofa and two armchairs. And a charcoal barbecue.
- for your car: a free enclosed parking space with electric gate which you will hear.
The place is a haven of peace because it is very quiet. Right next to it, 50 m away, there is a small canal with a fitness trail that borders it. It is frequented by joggers, walkers and appreciated for bike rides. In the morning, you can meet squirrels, cuckoos or ducks.
Location of the apartment:
- extremely quiet area, night and day and in all seasons
- 30 meters from the accommodation, there is: a city bus stop in Perpignan; an Intermarket with bakery and pastry shop, petrol and washing station, press, hairdresser for men and women, pharmacy, bank, cafeteria, florist, nurses, laundromat, optician; a beauty salon, relaxation, massages, hammam; a restaurant ; a caterer asian cuisine
- € 1 buses take you everywhere in the department
- in winter, the ski resorts are 1 hour away by car. But you can get there with the € 1 train.
- in summer, all the beaches (Barcarès, Torreilles, Sainte Marie, Canet en Roussillon, Argelès sur Mer, Saint Cyprien, Collioure ...) are 20 minutes by car
- you will be: 2 mins by car from the PERPIGNAN SUD motorway exit, 5 mins by car from Perpignan city center, 8 mins by car from Perpignan train station, 20 mins by car from Perpignan Perpignan airport, 30 minutes by car from the Spanish border (low-cost races at Perthus and La Jonquera), 40 minutes by car from Girona airport (low-cost flights)
On demand services:
- according to our availability and after agreement, for 10 €, we can pick you up and / or take you back to the toll booth at the Perpignan SUD motorway exit or at Perpignan SNCF station.
- According to our availability and after agreement, we can serve you on site breakfasts (8 € / pers) and / or midday and / or evening meals (20 € / pers).
Exchanges with visitors: with great pleasure but in French only.
