We are seniors, told upon our arrival that no record of reservation. Showed our confirmation. Sat for 2 hrs waiting while resort was
communicating; this occured after driving a great distance with
three kids. We were tired, sweaty and annoyed. Finally we were
given a 3rd floor without an elevator. We are reasonably mobile,
so we made the best of it. Time was short. Staff didnt seem to
care.
