Perfect place for large group.

We were so impressed with the property and all it had to offer. It was able to accommodate our large group, the views were incredible, had a good number of bathrooms for people to get ready in, and it had everything we could even think of that we needed as far as accessories (kitchen, bathroom, etc).

Amazing home

Our family and friends had a wonderful stay. Views of Sedona from the upstairs balcony are spectacular. Pool and outdoor bbq/patio were a great space for families and kids. Host was very responsive and hospitable.

Beautiful property and lovely owners!

We were married on Baby Bell Rock early morning and held a family and friends dinner at the property for 19 people. It was perfect! The home is beautiful spacious and so well appointed with amenities, toiletries and linens. Gerry gave us a tour upon arrival and was gracious and welcoming. Highly recommend this property! 💕

October getaway

The place was great the owners were outstanding quick to answer any questions. The property was beautiful great location and quiet. The place was stocked with everything you could think of that you would need for a big group. It is probably the best stocked place I have stayed at. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, and grill were all outstanding. Great location

Great Place

The home was beautiful, well-appointed and in a nice quiet location. This was a family vacation with 13 of us. Plenty of r5oom to move around, find a quiet space and have a full family dinner all together at the round dining room table. Kids loved the pool and so did all of the adults. hot spa was a real hit. But the best part is the responsiveness and accommodating efforts of Gerry and Kallen our wonderful host.

Family gathering

This was the perfect place for our large family gathering of 16! The hosts were very accommodating of our needs and set up the air mattresses for us. It also was really helpful to get the tour of the house when we checked in. We'd definitely come back!

Oasis in Sedona

Wonderful and quiet place in the Oak Creek area south of Sedona. Very quiet neighborhood. Lovely pool with outdoor bbq and covered dining area. House is clean and comfortable with tons and tons of towels, cookware, etc and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommended.

Outstanding home with great amenities -- our family really enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, and playing cornhole. The home was spacious with plenty of room for our group of 15 family members. It made for an unforgettable Christmas week. We highly recommend this property!

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

Our 4 sons and their families met my husband and me for 5 days at Thanksgiving. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Owner met us when we arrived and gave us a tour. During our stay, he was quick to respond to our requests. One snafu was that one of the ovens wasn’t working, which set us back a bit on Thanksgiving dinner, but we made the best of it and had a delicious meal! Overall, our whole group, 14 people ages 3-72, heartily recommends this house!

Great house with nice views

Overall we loved the property. It was close enough to downtown Sedona, but far enough to enjoy the views and quite surroundings. The house is well maintained and the pool was loved by the whole family. The only recommendation I have would be to replace the pots/pans. Many of them lost the non-stick so cooking was very difficult with them.

Villa Di Sedona is AMAZING!!!

We stayed at Villa Di Sedona for our “Mom’s Retreat” to Sedona. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy and relax. From the kitchen utensils and plateware to the amount of towels and plush blankets- it was perfect. Gerry, the host, greeted us upon arrival and was warm and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sedona. It is a MUST!!! Thank you, Gerry!!! Sending our aloha!

Amazing attention to detail

If I could give it 10 stars I would. Comfortable beds, every style of pillow you could ask for! Plenty of towels, coffee, outdoor heaters, throw blankets, even serving platters. Our group of 15 never ran out of silverware, coffee mugs, wine glasses.... amazing views from every room, property is spotless! Owners are quick to respond, they provided hiking trail info, restaurant recommendations and even directions to spots to take amazing photos! Very private location yet close to everything, beautiful courtyard, many different conversation areas so even with our large group we always had a quiet spot. Highly recommend!!

Graduation family celebration

Absolutely amazing. Gerry was there to show me around when we checked in and the listing did not disappoint. We had more than enough room for all of us. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and all amenities (especially pool and spa) that were included. Morning and evening views were spectacular. Also, just sitting in the house of the morning was awesome. You don’t have to bring anything, it is all supplied. The backyard oasis…words cannot describe. I also enjoyed going and talking to Gerry when I seen him outside at his house. You will not find a better place for a large family gathering.

Just Beautiful

Planned my best friend's bach/bachelorette party here during Fourth of July Weekend. Kallen and Gerry are very responsive. We had about 14 guests and this home more than accommodated us. There was plenty of amenities/supplies. I wish I didn't pack most of the supplies I brought for our event. Gerry kindly showed us around the house when we arrived. He explained everything to us to help ease the transition. The pool, BBQ, firepit were all clean and well equipped. We definitely enjoyed all the space this getaway had to offer. The view of bell rock is just stunning! Morning coffee/tea on the balcony to watch sunrise was perfect here. I've already recommended this getaway to my friends/family. Will definitely return here for another stay.

Villa di Sedona exceeded our expectations!

First and foremost, Gerry and Kallen are the nicest and most gracious hosts we've ever dealt with. My wife and I have rented several homes over the years, and Gerry was so very friendly and responsive, adding to the overall experience. The property itself was better than advertised! It was beautiful, clean, well-maintained and in a great location. We had (5) couples at the house and there was more than enough space and amenities for everyone. The pool/hot tub/BBQ area was spectacular and a great place to have a "house day" and not do any sightseeing! We highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Sedona area. Thanks again, Gerry, for a wonderful stay!

The Perfect Bachelorette Weekend!

Villa Di Sedona was the perfect home for our group of 11 women who were there for a long weekend! Our whole group was so impressed by how organized and stocked the whole house is! From bath and beach towels to cookware, pool floats, toothpaste, and more…the owners do an excellent job of making sure you don’t have to waste time running to the store if you forgot something. They’re also very easy to communicate with. On our last night, one of the smoke alarms started chirping at 3am (low battery). We called the owners, and Gerry came right over to fix it for us so we could all go back to sleep. They were great. Our group highly recommends this place. It’s close to many trails and the stargazing at night was amazing!

Hi, I'm Gerry.... my wife and I purchased the Villa and lived very happily in it for over 4 years until several of the children grew up and went away to college. Now that my kids are in college, I have now downsized and we operate the Villa Di Sedona as a upscale italian villa rental home. The Villa Di Sedona has proven to be a very special property for us. One in which we love very much and we wish to share our wonderful Villa with you. Rest assured that while you stay at the Villa, whether your stay is for a grand event or just a quite family getaway, know that we are only a quick text or phone call away. We live onsite in the caretakers casita which is completely 100% separated and removed from the Villa and its courtyards. We are available for any questions or issues, but we will fully respect your privacy.

The Villa sits up on the side of hill and overlooks the Village of Oak Creek and Sedona's amazing Red Rocks and Natural Landscapes. The Villa boasts 5 bedrooms, an office, 2 living/family rooms, 5.5 bathrooms, massive kitchen with butlers pantry and buffet service area. Villa Di Sedona sits high aside a hill overlooking the VERY BEST VIEW of Sedona's Red Rock & Court House Butte!! With grand Italian architecture, 3 Chimneys, and a castle like Turett built into the front, Villa Di Sedona is a massive STANDOUT!!
Every aspect of this property was carefully designed, built, and maintained. The inside of the Villa was built to feel warm, inviting, elegant, and opulent! The Villa boasts 5 Bedrooms; 1 office, an open grand living / family room, a seperate formal Dining Room, a a Breakfast Dining Table, Counter Seating, a fully stocked and appointed kitchen with 5 gas burner stove, walk-in butler's pantry & 1/2 round buffet serving area; A 1/2 bath; a Library/Parlor/2nd Living Room; and a Main Floor Master which is currently set up with 2 Queen size beds. The Main Floor Master (bdrm #1) has a full bathroom, glass stand up shower (Shower bench located in closet), and soaker tub.
The second floor of the Villa boast 4 additional bedrooms as well as an office with 3 Costco Sofa Sleepers whick is set up as a gaming room.
