About this space
This home is simply spectacular! Located in a upscale quiet neighborhood in West Sedona. Large enough for several families or large group get-together. This beautiful and luxurious home offers five bedrooms, three and a half baths and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together or several places just to relax.

ECO-FRIENDLY CLEANING
We partner with the top eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning brands to bring our customers the best and most innovative green cleaning technology. All the products we use are 100% safe and natural, giving you peace of mind that your home and family are not exposed to dangerous chemicals and toxins.

The house has a game room and large outdoor area perfect for your Sedona getaway! The outdoor area includes a pool, hot tub, outdoor shower and grill.

THE SPACE:

Game Room
The game room offers shuffleboard, an arcade game with over 1000 games including 80's and 90's Classics, and a 70 inch smart TV. Enough floor space to stretch and have a yoga class! Eight yoga mats available as well.

Bedroom 1
Master Bedroom and Bathroom
The master Bedroom offers a deluxe king size bed with a 55 inch TV. Walk out the side door to the amazing outdoor living area.

The Master Bath
Step into a four-jetted shower or relax in a soaking tub. It also has double sinks and a large walk-in closet

Bedroom 2
Offers King size bed with a 55 inch TV. Walk out to patio area.

Bedroom 3
Offers a King size bed with a 55 inch TV and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 4 "Bunk-room"
Offers 2 bunk beds. Two Single over two Double bunk bed sets. Sleeps 6 total. Also has a 50 inch TV.

Offers a Queen Bed and a 55 inch TV.

Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen has a Wolf Range, SubZero Refrigerator, High quality cabinetry and a large teakwood Island. Top quality cook ware. Kitchen is fully stocked with spices and a coffee/tea station with a drip coffee maker, Keurig and French press. Coffee and tea included.

Living Area
Attractive living area features a relaxing natural gas fireplace and "eagles nest" loft with incredible panoramic views.

Outdoor living space
The backyard area is nothing short of stunning with over 2000 square feet of space to entertain guests. Starting off with a premium quality above ground Spa/ pool combination which has exquisite hydrotherapy qualities and a feature that offers a high flow current which you can swim against or just relax in. You can then slip into the premium quality spa for deep tissue relief and relaxation while you enjoy the views.

The Barbecue is superior quality and extra large so you can sear steaks for a small crowd all at once. The barbecue island has plenty of room and can seat up to 8 people on barstools which surround it. The artificial grass is of the highest quality and soft so you can do yoga while enjoying the outside air. There is a beautiful fire pit with high quality comfortable sofas around it to relax in and enjoy your favorite beverage and star gaze.

The outdoor area also offers misters that can keep you cool while relaxing outside during the hotter summer months.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Less than one mile from local shops, restaurants, and the Sedona Public Library.

Getting Around:
Our home is very close to some of the best hikes and mountain bike trails in Sedona. Located in West Sedona also very close to great restaurants shopping and the stunning beauty of Boynton Canyon.

Great 40th birthday weekend

We booked the house to celebrate my birthday with friends. We were 12 and the rooms/beds were perfect for 4 single guys (bunk bed room) and 4 couples. We were able to spread out and enjoyed both the game room and the outdoor space. We grilled and cooked several meals with ease. We especially appreciated that all the drawers and cabinets were labeled. House was up in the hills but close to everything we needed! Communication with hosts was quick and clear. Overall a wonderful weekend and we highly recommend staying here for a large group.

The house is very beautiful and has a lot of rooms. Steve is really responsive and replied my message swiftly! We really enjoy staying there and everyone doesn’t want to leave.

Amazing and Beautiful Property!

We fell in LOVE with this property. It was perfect for us. We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughters wedding and just enjoying our special family time. We did get a messgae that the neighbor complained about our music on Friday night which was kind of disappointing because we only had music playing for a very short period of time , well before the 9pm Sedona cutoff so we could witness the special "first dance" of the bride and groom. I believe we kept the music at a very reasonable volume level. (maybe they just dont like Ed Sheeran. Who knows?) It did make me anxious because there was really no reason for that to have happened. We are responsible and respectful people, not some wild bunch . (Well, my grandsons aged 4-6 can get a little spirited as we were celebrating and they were making cousin memories) with that said the property owner was amazing with communication and it was everything we hoped it would be so I am sad that the neighbor experience could keep us from considering this property in the future.

The perfect space for hosting

We just finished using this home to host our family as well as serve as a meeting point for the rest of our guests for our intimate wedding. The space was PERFECT for this due to its central location in Sedona, optimal Layout with the master bedroom being separate from the 4 spacious bedrooms, and all the necessities and amenities you could need. The kitchen is large with lots of beautiful gathering space inside and outside. There is also a game room where the men got ready, a ton of parking on the premises, and the whole space was beautiful, clean, and well organized. Parker is so responsive and understanding as a host, letting us check in early and even worked with us after we learned the backyard of this property could not serve as the main venue for our event due to local ordinances. We would highly recommend staying here and hope someday we will have a reason to return!!

Excellent Location

This home is situated out of the busyness of downtown Sedona, but only a short drive to the hustle and bustle. The home is showing some wear and tear. The walls could definitely use a fresh coat of paint, and updated coffee pot and matching mugs would be a nice touch. However, the unfortunate part of our stay was upon entering the home, the grounds were a bit unkempt, weeds and spider webs in the corner of the entry stairs. but the shocker was the condition of the interior home, it was visibly dirty. The windows, were dirty the home dusty, dirty floors, stained carpets, and crumbs in the kitchen cabinets. The mirrors in the bathrooms were streaked, and some of the bedding needed to be rewashed before our guest would sleep in it. Okay… THE GOOD NEWS, the owner Parker took immediate action, once I informed him of the condition, he was so upset, and honestly felt awful. He was unable to view the condition the cleaners were leaving his property. He said he will refund our cleaning deposit, and hire a deep cleaning crew to come to the home, as well as hiring a new cleaning crew. Now that’s taking action! The house is large and spacious and has a wonderful layout to give each guest a bedroom and bathroom. The game room was our favorite spot in the house, we played games, puzzled, and played shuffleboard, which our adult kids had a blast! We appreciated all the extras the house had. The swim spa, and the grill, and outdoor seating was nice!

So much potential but not worth the price

I hosted an event for ten at the property and was severely disappointed by the cleanliness and overall condition of the property. Five of us spent the first hour cleaning. Carpets are stained, the furniture is dated, garage cans were full, and sheets were soiled. Based on the lack of cleanliness in the house, we didn’t feel comfortable using the hot tubs. Thankfully, Parker refunded the cleaning fee but it didn’t seem like this was the first time a guest had this experience. Based on the location and layout, this house has a ton of potential but for what they charge, it needs to be cleaned up and updated.

Good location, sloppy cleanliness and maintenance

Nice house; well situated in a good neighborhood, good proximity to local amenities. What was lacking was overall cleanliness. Our children found all sorts of goodies in the backyard: broken glass, nails, screws, and paraphernalia from a recent bachelorette party. Several of the outdoor chairs were falling apart. One member of our party found used band aids on the floor of their bedroom closet.

Beautiful home

Our family enjoyed the house and yard and the location in Sedona close to trails. All the cupboards and drawers were well labeled, but there weren’t any cutting boards. We had to buy some. Lots of ice in freezer. The spices listed in description.were limited…..mostly empty. We contacted owner for a couple issues and he was very responsive. Carpets and fans needed cleaning. Hot tub and pool were hits with adults and teenagers!! Would rent again.

Sedona Elopement

Our family stayed at this beautiful home while in Sedona for our daughter's small wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property overall. The patio with fire table was great on a cool November night. The gameroom space gave a nice alternate "hang-out" area and the formal living room with captain's walk was really fun for pictures and a little family dancing. We would have loved to stay longer!

Spacious and peaceful

Absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for housing all my ladies for my bachelorette weekend. We enjoyed the game room, patio space, hot tub, and living room for all our fun activities. It’s also the perfect place to star gaze at night, the stars were incredible!

Great place to stay for our large group

My friends and I really enjoyed our weekend stay in Sedona. The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Hot tub and pool were great to use. The host was very responsive to messages as well. Labels for the light switches and kitchen drawers and cabinets were a nice touch, which made things easy to figure out.

Wonderful house

We had an amazing time! The house is well occupied and in a great spot, the communication with the owner was great we are definitely coming back next year! The only thing that was a bit scary is that we saw a snake and tarantula in the back yard, but we know that is part of nature.

Sedona Luxury

This was an absolutely amazing house. Our entire family (adults, children, teen, and infant) had plenty of rooms to sleep comfortably. A game room with fun things for the kids. The back yard was heavenly with the seating, BBQ, pool, and jacuzzi. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing Get-Away with Hiking Group

We instantly fell in love with the home! The property manager/owner, Parker was extremely attentive and also provided tips on hiking in the area. The only comment we had was that he please fix the kitchen faucet as it was very difficult to work with to get it to stop dripping. We will be back to this home with the same group next year for our annual trip!
