Love this condo!

We loved the layout of this condo. We have stayed at Seascape many times before, but this condo topped the others. From the decorations to how comfortable the condo was, we couldn’t have loved our stay more. Will definitely be back!

So great!

We LOVED the way the layout of the condo was,and the antique decor was SO beautiful. Loved the area and how it was at the end of the road. The AC worked amazing and was so refreshing to come into a cold place after long days on the beach. Very easy to get to the parking lot for the beach access and loved how convenient everything was. We will definitely be back!

Nice get away!

Our stay was relaxing, quiet and minutes away from the beach! The whales tail was our main place to eat cus the food was fantastic! Drinks are on point as well. Kids had so much fun. Definitely would come back to stay.

Amazing

Everything was clean and beautiful! Loved the elegant, rustic look this condo displayed. The patio has a great view and it’s a short 10 minute walk to beach. We will definitely be back!

Cozy and Easy Going

The condo was comfortable and in a great location. It sits facing a quiet culdesac with a nice view of the golf course. Great place for walking or riding bikes. Lots of nearby restaurants and great beach access. The management company was very proactive and quick to respond. We really enjoyed snowbirding in Seascape.

Sweet cottage

The owner did a beautiful job when she redid the condo. Kitchen fully stocked ... pots and pans were in good shape, which is not always the case. Beds very comfortable.

60th Birthday Celebration

We loved the Golf Cottage. It was very comfortable and the furnishings really made the place feel homey and cozie. It was fun playing golf but your greens really do need to some work. Love that we could drive to the Seascape parking lot that was located by the beach then we just had a short walk to the beach. Overall great experience at Seascape.

Repeat Performance

We stayed for a week at Coconut Cottage for the second year in a row. The unit had been improved a bit with ceiling fans added in all rooms. Really nicely decorated. Love the quiet location away from the beach road. Well appointed. But we had to have repair on fridge as it would not cool properly. Also, the washer smelled of mildew and the dryer took an exceedingly long time to dry. But good visit overall.

Nice, light, & Airy

This place is just adorable; even better in person. They have obviously put some effort into this place and it’s just great. We loved walking in and everything being so white and bright. Everything we could possibly need for our beach trip. The welcome bag was a nice touch, too. We’d love to come back. My only concerns would be that the (master) bed isn’t very comfortable, and the checkout time of 10am (I know many places do, but after a check in of 4pm, it’s getting a little carried away).

Beautiful Condo/too far from beach and pools

The condo was beautiful! Just like described but it was just too far from the beach and the pools. The beach was so crowded that it was not enjoyable. Also we could never park at the condo do because sis one kept telling all the spots. I also left after 8 days positive for Covid even thought I had the vaccine.

Long Weekend trip

Although the room itself was nicely decorated, sometimes function should prevail. The chandeliers should really be replaced with fans and the antique door knobs with modern knobs. We ended up buying box fans to help withstand the summer heat and kept all our doors propped open to avoid issues opening the doors (the knobs popped off on us a few times). Other than that the place was a great dog friendly option and the communication with the property management was easy and quick.

Great Week at Coconut Cottage!!

We absolutely loved our one-week residence at Coconut Cottage!! It was well decorated and a good layout for the four adults that were in attendance. The only downsides were: the refrigerator was unable to remain safely around the 40 degree mark, and there was mold in/on the door and inner portion of the front load washing machine (hence we did not use it for the week). However, we did report these problems to Real Joy, and they answered promptly and offered to schedule a repairman at our convenience. We did not think that was necessary, but perhaps the problems should be addressed before another listing. We would definitely rent this property again. Great location near the beach, pool, outlet shopping, and great amenities/decor!!

Not the vacation I planned!

Upon our arrival, as soon as we walked in you could smell a strong urine smell, when we looked to see where the smell was coming from we discovered it was coming from the couch. Not sure why but the couch was wet and full of pee it was super gross, to make matters worst it was the couch that becomes a bed! We had to take the cushions outside to get rid of the smell and we had to purchase an inflatable mattress and room spray! It was very disappointing to know this was overseen by the “cleaning crew” as this accident could’ve been avoided! Also the vent in the small room doesn’t work the room gets super hot… I will NOT be ever staying here again or recommending this location to anyone else!

Amazing!

This condo is absolutely charming... it is beautiful inside and has everything you need. We loved coming back from the beach and sitting on the shaded deck (and loved the fans!). The area around the condos were quiet and safe. Our only issue was that it was quite a walk to the beach. We were able to find closer parking and then would go from there. Also, the pools were great too. Many happy times and we will return. The condo is just amazing!
