The property was what you'd expect from a near beach-front condo. While the location was convenient, the unit is also right on the street, so it was LOUD starting early and ending late. You can hear all conversations and traffic from the street.
The condo was super clean, exactly as represented, but poorly appointed for a VRBO house. No tissues, no coffee filters, no salt/pepper, limited cookware. Be aware that you'll need to bring or buy these basics. Couches and beds were very comfortable.
Private beach access was great, walking distance to a restaurant and a few beach shops and a CVS.
Internet was not working. I called initially and was told the area was so busy they had rolling black outs, try again tomorrow. I unplugged the router, tried again, and still couldn't get on. They did call me back after leaving a message, but didn't answer when I returned the call. I decided to enjoy the beach and not worry about internet, but it shouldn't be that hard.
Check in process was more than any other property I've booked with VRBO. I had to enter information in a third party app, including uploading a pic of my license. Codes were texted exactly one hour before check in as promised.
Overall this is a great option to be close to the beach, just really noisy.
