It was a really nice place

We enjoyed our stay. The place was really nice and the neighborhood was very safe which we are always worried about when we stay in places especially around the city. But there was a sheriff that lived just couple houses down so we felt extremely safe after we saw that. We will definitely be returning to this place when we go back that way. Beautiful house with two beds and two bathrooms. The place was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice.

Perfect for our stay

Nice place, storm shelter was a plus...thankfully it wasn't needed. Very quiet and worked well for us.

OKC visit

The location is quick and easy to get to with great directions. The neighborhood is very nice. Very few amenities so make sure you bring your own ( like coffee, sugar, etc..). Overall very nice and convenient

The home

The home itself was fine, we did notice a few of the blinds need to be repaired, the sofa bed had a sweet and salty wrapper stuck in between the cushions and the floor needs to be swept behind sofa.

Great clean house with garage

Perfect for events in Yukon. Clean house with garage (including a storm cellar!) that has all needed amenities. Great owner communication, clear instructions.

Very peaceful neighbor hood

Pretty much like the advertisement says. Nothing flashy or fancy, but adequate. Neighbor was peaceful, and unlike the ad, the house rules say that you can have a pet if you crate it when gone.. Bring your own dishes, pots, pans, and silverware if you plan on cooking a meal.. We ate at restaurants so that wasn’t an issue. Very is to get to, minutes from the main drag in Yukon, and just a few miles off the turnpike.

Exactly as described!

This property is exactly as described. It has simple decor and is fairly basic in its amenities. If you need an overnight stop in Oklahoma City -- it is near the freeway, but far enough that you hear no noise. There are numerous food outlets and restaurants just north of the freeway. The storm door sits up from the garage floor, which is fine if your car has a reasonable ground clearance. We were looking for an overnight stop with a garage, and this worked out great.

Great Accommodations

Great accommodations. Neighbor's dog barks a bit. Was confused about trash bins. I noticed one kept getting fuller without me putting anything in it. I think the neighbor's bins are together with this property. Property manager was great. We had a great time. If we do the same event next year, we will probably see if this is available. Happy New Year!

Doesn’t take weather conditions into consideration

The home is extremely drafty. Cabinet door above non-ADA toilet does stay shut. It can cause injuries. It was very inconvenient to have to constantly go in and out of the garage. Get out of the vehicle to close the garage/get back in vehicle. Get out of vehicle to open the garage to get into the house, Ihave stsyeoat other BNB ZIin the same area where garage door openers where available. I understand that the owner doesn’t want someone to forget a key or a garage door opener but that the nature of the business z. The owner needs to be more accommodating. My biggest issue is that the owner won’t spend the money to have curtains in the master bedroom that cover the entire windows. Curtains don’t cost that much and it’s a huge privacy problem. The home is sparsely furnished and the furnishings that are there are not useable. This home doesn’t meet ADA standards and that is just an indication that the owner doesn’t give a damn about the comfort of the guest. My suggestion is don’t use this home as your next BNB because you won’t be able to take a hot shower.

Family vacation

The size of the property was perfect for us. The fenced in backyard was an awesome place for us to play with our 4 and 5 year old grandchildren. The neighborhood was great and the location to everything we wanted to do was great. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with everything I needed to cook and serve with. It was sparse. We were supposed to have access to Netflix, but the log in provided by the host did not work. The blue ray player didn’t work also.

Very disappointed

We were traveling to deliver police dogs across country. The host said there was a fence in yard for the dogs to stretch in our quick overnight stay. There is a hole in the fence with a tiny neighbor dog half way through. The only reason we booked here was for the yard, and our dogs couldn't even use it. When we contacted the host, they never responded. Total waste of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Overnight Visit

The reason I feel this way about this home is because it is just not clean at all. You open the garage door to go in & there are absolutely filthy mops that smell of a floor cleaner but are almost black from dirt, still wet just laying mop side down on the garage floor. You open the door to the house & it doesn’t smell bad it just smells odd. The kitchen & leaving room are pretty bare, but okay. The bathrooms have family sized used soaps in the shower. There are hairballs on the bathroom rugs. Under the sink the toilet brush was touching the extra toilet paper, the plunger was touching the hair dryer. The bedroom with the two twins closet floor was just gross. The master bedroom sheets were getting little fuzzy balls on them from being used so much. To me, it looked like an 18 year boy that just moved out of his parents house lived there & he must have cleaned the house himself because there’s no a way a person who cleans for a living has ever stepped foot in that house. It was in a good neighborhood and the owner was easy to get in contact with. Me & my family were only there to shower, sleep, wake up & leave. I think it would be a great property if they invested in a real cleaning company, better linens, and just something to make it feel more cozy.

Perfect for what we needed

Charged extra cleaning fee...

This property is bare minimum. The furniture is cheap. I was also charged a $150 cleaning fee for dirty diapers left in the bathroom trash can (not poopy diapers btw). He also claimed poop in the bathtub and a puddle of blood? Neither of which could have been big because I tried my best to clean up after my children and did not see either. To say the least, im pissed he is charging me $150 for those minor things....

Great location

This little house is great. Great location! Close to shopping, the water park, and the airport. If you are flying Delta, I suggest staying here. The host was incredibly flexible with my husband's flight being changed twice. Great quiet neighborhood.

Great location

This is a fantastic little house in A very quite neighborhood. Nothing fancy. If you need a place close to shopping, the airport and the Waterpark. Stay here!! With Delta flights being jacked up, the property manager was incredibly flexible with us. We were incredibly greatful.
