Native Inspired, Peaceful, & Practical Home.

The County+Modern Cottage is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the heart of the Plaza Art District. The cottage boasts a modern design with high-end finishes and amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. The property also includes a private parking spot. We are only a 10-min. drive from Oklahoma City Mid Town, Downtown, the Asian District, Paseo District, Fair Ground, OU Medical Center and Ok school of science and mathematics (OSSM). 17-min drive Tinker AFB, FAA.
The space
The master bedroom features a queen bed decorated by a designer, with a 55” Samsung TV and privacy curtain for a comfortable and private stay. The second room has a full-size bunk bed for young ones to enjoy a good night's sleep.

Step outside and take a short walk to NW 16th St, where you can enjoy coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, boutique shopping, yogurt, ice cream, pie, art galleries, wineries, local beer, florists, or watch a show at the Lyric Theater.

Home is not a place, but a feeling. This is our first and only Airbnb, and we've put a lot of love and care into making it feel like a home away from home for our guests. We are excited to share with you the charm of the Plaza District. Our street, NW 15th, is peaceful and quiet, and we hope you'll enjoy a refreshing drink of your choice on our front porch. Just a short 5-minute stroll away, NW 16th is where you'll find the Plaza's vibrant shops, restaurants, and bars. We hope you have a wonderful stay with us! We are an Native/American Indian and woman-owned business and appreciate you booking with us. If you get a chance, visit our First Americans Museum which honors our Native tribes/nations and culture.

The host was very slow to respond, including getting me the code, and never addressed that the WiFi password didn't work or was out entirely, as neither of the TVs were working. Everything in the house is also very old and soft in terms of furniture. It was okay for what I needed, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location. Short walk to the Plaza District for food and shops. 5 min drive to OCU. Fully remodeled and cutely decorated. Beds are comfortable. Host was responsive and instructions were clear. Crazy fast Internet.

Great Stay

My name is Sadie and I was raised in Oklahoma City and work in the mental health field. My husband is originally from Bangladesh and has been here for almost 28 yrs. He works in the computer science field. We enjoy spending time in the Plaza District! Our daughter loves pistachio ice cream from Roxy's and we all enjoy breakfast at Aurora and pizza from Empire Slice House. We hope you enjoy Oklahoma City, the area, but mostly our home!
