New apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with contemporary and functional decor, to spend a winter holiday in both summer and winter, in a condominium with SPA (indoor heated swimming pool for adults and children, jacuzzi and sauna), room games (billiards and ping-pong table) and gym with fitness machines.

The building Foz Palace Residences SPA, this condo has been awarded the 1st prize of residential building in the Algarve.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor, providing a panoramic view to engaging and Rio Arade area. In addition to air conditioning in every room, hot tub, cable TV with over 200 channels, free internet (wi-fi), has a jacuzzi on the balcony that you will provide excellent moments of relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine, Nespresso coffee machine and other appliances, so that in your stay has everything you need for a great holiday.

The living room, bedrooms and bathrooms (WC) have simple, contemporary decor, but extremely functional, that will make you feel like you're on vacation in a hotel.

Will be available for each week, set of sheets and towels. We are available to provide special services such as washing and ironing, grocery shopping (so that when you do not have to go shopping), babysitting, etc. Do not hesitate to contact us.

The building Foz Palace Residences SPA is situated in a quiet area, but you can move on foot to supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, stationery, casino, marina, but mainly to the beach without having to worry about parking (where you can leave your car in one of the parking spaces of the building's basement). The golf courses (Alto Golf and Penina Golf Resort) closest are about 10 minutes.
The beach is 2 minutes walk and the pedestrian area of Praia da Rocha, you can still find various recreational activities, including golf, scuba diving and snorkeling, water skiing, jet ski, boat trips to the sea caves, trips fishing, hiking, biking, fishing, boating, parasailing and visits to water parks.

Not as it seems

Thanks to Celia my stay was made a little more comfortable. First 10 days had no heat at night because breaker fuse was switched off. No scissors, no dish towels, no oven mitts, Celia went out to buy these basic items and she is the contact person between the owners and myself. Also, no indoor pool or hot tub, the area was under construction and the owner says he wasn’t aware of this maintenance being done until May. I’ve used VRBO for 15 years and when I get a message from the owner that he can’t be reached by email or phone after I arrive, I get suspicious. The rental is well used and the bathrooms are small and dark. The walk-in shower is so small I don’t think a grown male could fit in it. Personally I think a refund on the absence of amenities like the indoor pool would be appropriate.

Algarve Exploration

Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beach Location. Walking along the boardwalk and shopping. Very centrally located and had some fun at the casino. Nice Pastry shop and supermarket just steps away was great!

Simplesmente formidável

Excelente em todos os aspectos. Desde a simpatia da D. Sónia, às condições do apartamento, bem como a sua localização (literalmente a cinco minutos a pé da Praia da Rocha) e sem falar da piscina privativa do condomínio. Ficámos encantados e já fazemos planos para poder voltar em breve. Recomendo vivamente!

Modern Spacious Apartment

We had a lovely stay in this fantastic apartment. Everything you need within 5 minutes walk, no need for a car. Loads of restaurants to pick from and a fantastic beach just 5 minutes walk. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a treat. All in all a great stay at a great apartment.

Adorámos. Gostámos bastante do apartamento, pois está muito funcional, simples, mas muito bem decorado e com tudo o que é necessário para umas férias. O local também é muito interessante, porque está perto da praia e da zona comercial, mas em a movimentação e barulho que a caracteriza. Aconselhamos e esperamos voltar em breve.

Excelente Apartamento e Localização

Gostei imenso da semana que passei neste apartamento. Muito bem localizado, excelentes áreas, muito bem decorado e muito solarengo o que permite desfrutar da varanda e do jacuzi que se encontra na mesma. A piscina interior e o ginásio são uma mais valia para quem gosta de se manter em forma com alguma privacidade. Os donos sempre se mostraram disponíveis durante todo o processo o que me transmitiu bastante confiança e segurança. Vamos cá voltar, de certeza no verão!

Férias 5 *

Férias excelentes! O apartamento está impecável, simples e funcional, mas com requinte. Nada habitual no Algarve. A recepção foi muito boa e o apartamento além de limpo, cheirava a limpo. :-) A piscina interior (e a sauna) também gostámos bastante e foi muito útil em dois dias que estiveram mais nublados. Sugerimos, valeu o preço.
