There was more than enough space for the 8 ladies in our group. The master bedroom window is right along Bourbon Street, and it was Mardi Gras, so we did have a LOT of street noise, so bring your own earplugs - at least for the two staying in the Master.
The property manager greeted us, provided an extra air mattress so we didn't have to pull out the sofa bed each night, and gave us an incredibly easy check out process. We even had a private outdoor area!
1 block from Bourbon, 2 blocks from Canal and only 4 blocks from the parade route - incredibly important if you plan on catching a lot of throws and hauling them back to the room.
Kitchen was very functional and beds were comfortable. One bedroom is upstairs and bathrooms are downstairs. WiFi worked great. We never used the TV, so no thoughts on that. There were signs posted about short term rentals, but we were respectful going in & out of the building and had no issues at all.
There are two sets of elevators, one wasn't working at the time (building's fault, not owner or property manager) so be aware that if someone in your party cannot navigate stairs, this is not the unit for you. There are also two steps between kitchen and living room, so probably not the best unit if you have small children. The appliances we used worked great (washer/dryer/oven.) We loaded the dishwasher, but there was no soap, so we didn't run it. Ice maker came in very handy.
