Condo on the beach

The condo was right on the water with a fantastic view of the sunset. It had everything we could have possibly needed.

Ft Myers beach

Very nice place, we enjoyed our stay. Stanley did a great job keeping us informed. We would highly recommend this lovely condo. It was everything we wanted for our vacation.

Unbelievably perfect

Our trip here was unbelievably. The views were some of the best I’ve seen being able to see panoramic views of the ocean and coast. The condo had everything we would ever desire (right down to umbrellas for our drinks much to my daughters delight). Everything was around the corner or across the street that we would ever need. The owners were always available for questions but never bothered us or came by. The other owners in the condo building were charming and accommodating and very welcoming. When we saw them. It is off season and the pool was mostly just my little family. The sea shelling outside the condo and as unprecedented. The condo was spotless and had a certain ambiance that made me want to stay in bed all day and watch the beach. Can’t wait to go back🌞

Beachfront condo

Beautiful condo which has been renovated with remarkable ocean views. Great time. Would love to come back but already rented for next year.

Most relaxing

Would like to thank Stanley and Darlene for sharing their beautiful home with us. The location and scenery were well worth it. My wife and I are retired schoolteachers. My wife taught Biology in New Jersey (35 years) and I taught Culinary Arts in New York (25 years). We have two children; my daughter is following in her mother’s footsteps and teaches Science, my son is a Lieutenant in the Navy Reserves and a Charter man for an oil company.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Fully furnished and very comfortable, the apartment is convenient to shopping, the beach and some of the best restaurants on the planet. There’s a Tram across the street that runs from Lover’s Key to Times Square all day and into the evening that takes you to some really great destinations on the island. The views are spectacular and because we are on the 6th floor you don’t get a lot of the beach noise! Really relaxing and comfortable!

この宿泊施設の特徴

We have totally renovated our condo (08/25,2019) with all new appliances including a washer/dryer, ice maker in the French door refrigerator Smart stove and microwave. Small appliances include blender, coffee maker, kitchen aide mixer, George Foreman, InstaPot pressure cooker, toaster oven and plenty of Pots, Pans & Utensils. I’m a retired Chef so I was in charge of setting up the kitchen. There’s also a Insinkerator disposal.
PS: There’s a gas BBQ grill down by the beach with table and chairs for you to enjoy while dining and watching the sunset.
