My family is from La Verne, California where we just recently moved from Long Beach, California. My wife and I both grew up in Southern California and we love it! We have been renting our vacation home for several years now. We purchased Happy Place with vacation rentals in mind and that means when we refurbished it we were able to customize every detail to best suit our guests. My wife works in the sales world while I manage properties. My favorite part of being a host is providing excellent customer service and we really enjoy decorating the cabin seasonally. We like to spend all of our extra time in Big Bear. We enjoy hiking, walking by the lake, the sky full of stars, bird watching from the deck, and just taking in the fresh air. We have poured our hearts into Happy Place and hope it will be your happy place too.

People tell us the yard is way larger than what they expected and are blown away by all the trees on the property. There is plenty of space to explore, the yard is great for sledding in the winter. The backyard holds snow longer than most areas of Big Bear. This is a family cabin, we have decorated in a way that will be accomodating for even the smallest guests, because a trip is more fun when we don't worry about our kids breaking a million trinkets at their level.

Fully fenced yard, snow play right here on the property, well equipped kitchen, always clean and well maintained with labels for guidance throughout. Property is less than a mile to Bear Mountain Ski Resort, golf course, zoo, and a tad over a mile to local coffee shop that serves breakfast. Quiet neighborhood with a huge yard to play in.
