Great two weeks!
We traveled down for 2 weeks in the sun - which is exactly what we got. Building is super quiet and we always had seating at the pool despite the day or time. The location has some road congestion issues. The highway is ALWAYS backed up in the evening and Old Lake Wilson was also super busy, but manageable (use the entrance gate off Old Lake Wilson if coming from the north - much easier). Condo was clean and as advertised. Great stay overall.

Nice unit, but needs owner's attention
Overall, our week long experience was satisfactory. The parking was excellent (dedicated spot on driveway in front of garage), the unit was spacious, and the area was relatively quite. However, we did experience some issues that could easily be resolved with owner attention.
1. Mold in Master Bath shower.
2. Master Bath toilet lever frequently got stuck in the down position resulting in water running until we noticed the problem and lifted the lever.
3. Coffee maker does not come with required #4 cone filters.
4. No member pass to access to the private gate off Wilson Road. This gate is only 500 yards from the property. You can depart the property without a pass, but to drive to the property, you need to go thru a staffed gate and drive about 2 miles.
5. Stains in furniture, particularly in the kitchen dining chairs.
6. Floor tiles in the kitchen that have been chipped/cracked.
7. Kitchen tile grout that appears to have not been cleaned in years. The grout is nearly black, but near the cabinets, you can see that the grout was once a lighter color.
8. Master bedroom bedspread. If you lay any clothing on the bedspread, your clothes will be full of white lint.
9. The porch did not appear to have been swept prior to our arrival and the porch furniture needed to be wiped down.
10. Ruku TV (cable) had many channels, but we experienced connectivity issues every day. To regain connectivity, we had to shut the system off and try to reboot it. In each case, it took several attempts and we were always able to restore service.
11. The safe in the master bedroom closet is in the locked position, so we could not use it.
