The resort is great and the staff is also very nice. The pool was a good size, but busy on the holiday week we went, to be expected, the other guests were also friendly. The room decor was an older theme, keeping with the locale, but it was impeccably clean, right down to the baseboards and was not even one of the newly renovated units! Rooms were plenty large and the AC kept up with a 90deg week in VA on the third floor of the cluster, which is good. The resort is also in a central location, perfect to get to all attractions and a grocery store. The kitchenette worked out great, dishes were new, utensils could be more abundant though. and the fridge was big enough for several nights worth of dinner groceries. Game room was fantastic and our 4 & 7 year olds had so much fun, mini golf too. We did a ton of stuff off property too, but it was super easy to get back to and just wind down.
