Check in was regimental, family could not visit. There was a constant gas smell coming from the laundry and kitchen, the facilities where closed for repairs and only told of once the free cancellation period seized. All the rules and regulations where also told after the free cancellation period seized. A dishonest approach about the security deposit, as children where even charged a security deposit fee. These fees should have been mentioned when booking had been taken. Not 24 hours prior to checking in. All copies of documents where asked to be produced while in transit from country of origin. Creating excesive stress. Just badly run and prepared, expierence was more stress than a holiday needed. And the care taker expected us to pay her wage not the owner.
