I did a lot of research to find a rental property that would work for our family's vacation to Florida. Our group consisted of 3 families, including two small children (total of 10 people). The layout of the home was perfect for our needs, and we were all able to hang out in the kitchen/living room area without feeling too crowded. There was one king-sized bedroom downstairs with a full bath nearby, two bedrooms upstairs with attached baths and king-sized beds, and the remaining two bedrooms were adorable Frozen and Star Wars themed rooms with twin beds (and a nearby full bath with a tub).
As far as location, our main concern was being close to Disney World. This house is within 30 minutes of Disney, and it was very easy to access all parks.
Casiola was up front with us that there would be a limited supply of amenities (i.e. just a few tablets for the dishwasher, limited trashbags, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one set of towels per guest), which was very helpful to know going in. This way we were able to prepare and bring our own extra supplies. All other supplies (bed linens, kitchen utensils, etc.) were provided and in great condition.
The furniture and amenities in the house were fairly basic, but honestly we weren't there much except to eat and sleep, and felt that things were pretty clean. There were a few minor things we noticed such as a small leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms when it rained, but nothing huge. I did call Casiola about this, but they didn't seem too concerned about it.
Casiola was responsive to our other needs and concerns. When we first showed up one of the numbers on the key pad on the front door was not functioning, and I was able to call the company and they immediately changed our entry code to avoid using that number altogether.
My family was impressed with the overall property and what we got for our money, and if we find ourselves vacationing in Florida again we will definitely keep Casiola and this property in mind.
