I didn't like anything at the resort. And plus someone stole. My Gold chain worth over 5000 dollars. I'm not every going to recommend Lifestyles to anyone. I will be contacting my lawyer as soon as I get home.

Tracy – 5 Stars!Huge thanks to Tracy for her exceptional help with our reservation. She was professional, responsive, and made our booking process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail really stood out – thank you, Tracy!Lifestyle Resort – 3 StarsThe resort is large and well-maintained, we loved the beachside cabanas & luxury of ordering food & drinks delivered, multiple pools with swim-up bars, and food/drink spots throughout. It kept our two families busy during our 4-night stay. However, the room experience was poor – it smelled of mold, had cockroaches and ants, and despite complaints, no real solution was offered. Staff even suggested fumigating with our belongings inside, without offering an alternate room. There was no way to escalate our concerns. Food & Drinks were disappointing: bland, lacked basic flavours and were not cooked to perfection, repetitive & low quality. Drinks were weak & they served only local brands, Red Label is considered top-shelf and was limited to one bar that closed early.Specialty dining was a hassle – confusing reservation process requiring daily early-morning walks between lobbies. No digital or phone options, which made it unnecessarily difficult during a vacation.Service was generally warm, though many staff struggled with English. The worst part was a concierge named Juana T, who tried to charge us for an extra night post-checkout – unprofessional and upsetting. While the resort has potential, it needs major improvements

Cofresi Stay

Overall the resort was great. I was there for a wedding and enjoyed the stay. I think improvements can be made when trying to make dinner reservations. The VIP office was closed whenever I tried to make a dinner plans and had to call from my room phone. I also think for the VIP price, Wi-Fi should be offered. Had the most fun at Harmony Beach. Manny was very attentive and provided the best service.

The cost for the resort is very pricey for 5 days and to not include the room a tiny TV leaking faucet, fire alarms, going off etc etc. There's no reason for this to happen when you pay this type of money. If you want better clientele you have to submit better service. No excuse. Won't be staying there again

The services was great. When we did the check-in we we're not notified of events/ timing to eat or any activities in the reaort. We had to walk around and ask, last day was when we realized there was a board with weekly events and activities but they never mentioned to loomat the board for additional information. We wantes toneat at one of the restaurants, we didnt know we had to make earlier reservation to eat at one of those restaurants. I truly believe that information should be given front desk when you 1st check in. Food services at Cofresi buffet needs more attention, attention at casa Blanca tropocal is better.

Unforgettable 3 days : )

Unforgettable moments with my 3 y/o daughter. Although the kids club and certain beaches were closed due to COVID, my daughter and I had a fantastic time (I actually regretted not staying for more days). I would recommend staying at this resort, especially booking with Tracy/Kevin; both were very informative and quickly addressed any inquires.
