Unit has a pullout bed but not enough bedding for it, not enough towels if you do have more than 2 ppl. Very disappointed in the activities. More than once the âclosedâ early. My 11 year old missed a lot because we would go to the event that was from 2-4 and at 315 the ride balloon lady said she was done and had to leave. Wouldnât even give the kids that she was turning away a balloon. Same happened with a trivia and another activity. Itâs too bad my daughter is going to w&m starting August and we visit often⊠not here.

Williamsburg
The property is great. Very clean, easy to get to and has everything you need to a nice stay. The problem was with check in. When I made this reservation weeks ago I asked about ground floor apartments and was told to make the request and it would be given at the desk on check-in. This is what my confirmation stated: 1 Bedroom Suite - Mobility. Apparently the property doesn't get this information so when we got there they gave us a third floor unit. I almost cried. I guess if you have mobility issues you can still climb three flights of stairs to get to your unit. I was told, by the manager, that there was one unit left in the entire place and she would give it to us. However, she said to always call and ask them about the units prior to arrival so they can have them set aside for us. I do wish I had been told that prior to my arrival. It would have made life much calmer.
