Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with the management company while trying to rent a condo for a children's cheer competition. We fully paid in January, but they canceled half of our reservation just five days before our arrival in April,-this after months of asking for a final rental confirmation. The amount of stress and extra expense of booking last minute for our group was a genuine hardship. The little girls' teammates were counting on them or we would have canceled completely. We felt like hostages because the entire team was staying at the condo.
To make matters worse, the management company communicated with us outside of the app, which we found to be confusing and unprofessional. It seemed that they were trying to redirect our communication to texting so that they would not be in breach of contract.
When I called the company to discuss the situation, the woman who answered was consistently rude, misleading and unprofessional. Overall, I was disgusted with the lack of professional ethics at the management company. My group and I did not receive the service that we had hoped for, paid for and were looking forward to. Do not use this company.
