- A fully-equipped kitchen (oven, coffee maker, hob, toaster, dishwasher, electric kettle, etc.).
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- A mezzanine with 4 single beds (which can be converted into double beds on request) and a double bed in the bedroom.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Separate WC

The apartment is fully equipped with dishwasher, wi-fi, 4 x TVs with Blu-Ray players, PS4 games consoles, board games, bluetooth speaker, etc...

A 40 m² private terrace with furniture, a real plus for memorable moments of relaxation!

A closed garage in the basement is also available from the building. It can accommodate a 4X4 or station wagon (max. height 1.80 m).
A private closed ski locker is available at the building entrance.

In the immediate vicinity of a bakery, a supermarket and various food shops, Cocoon is the ideal location for a Megève getaway.
Tennis courts are a 2-minute walk away and the Palais des Sports is a 5-minute walk.
