-the first bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm)
-the second bedroom with bunk beds and a closet.
-the third bedroom with a sofa bed
-a beautiful patio with mountains view
-a new and fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, hot plates and everything you need to cook
-TV, AC, and WIFI
-vacuum cleaner, household products, hairdryer, washing machine, and dishwasher,
-an individual box garage,
-3 bikes (April 2022 update)

## Neighborhood

The city of Annecy is famous for its old city nicknamed "Venise of the Alpes" and its lake.
The center is the perfect place to stay: you will be seduced by the small street with typical shops and restaurants.
You will be able to walk around the lake by foot or bike to appreciate the view.

Several bus lines are near the apartment :
For Annecy and urban area: Sibra, line 2 stop FORUM
For Geneva center/airport: Lihsa, line T72 stop Eglise des fins
