## Neighborhood

Charming flat ideally located in the center, close to the beaches ! You will be able to discover the city without taking the transports : the beach is 5 min away, the Halles 12 min away, the Aquarium 20 min away. You will be in the middle of the city-center, and could enjoy all the shops and restaurants.
Don’t hesitate to surf, Biarritz beaches are renewed for this sport !
